Thanks Rickety, I was actually missing the export.lua file in the Scripts folder inside SavedGames etc. Appreciate very much your help. It seems though that the gauges move at a very low frame rate. Like 1-2 FPS maximum. Any help on that? Thanks!

HI all, I have been trying to configure helios to work with DCS but I need some help please. Installed Helios latest built and Capt.Loz 2.1 profile. (I am running 3 27" 1920x1080 screen and another screen to the right 24" 1920x1200) I have pointed Helios to the DCS10C installed directory. This did not create an export.lua file apparently. So I found the correct export.lua file and copied it over the original one in the DCSOpenBeta/Scprits (should I leave it there??) Helios does not read any of the A10C gauges, nor is it exporting the Digital Clock (testing only this one for now). I also replaced the MonitorConfig file with a new one which should export the Viewports. But it does not. I tried changing the names of the ViewPort (i.e DIGIT_CLOCK to DIGIT_CLK) but made no difference. Probably something stupidly easy that I am not doing but its driving me crazy. Thank you very much. ok, so I solved the problem apparently. I tried a different socket in the wall plug and all is ok. Might have a grounding issue in the socket. Now I have another problem. If I use an HDMI to DVI-I cable to connect the 8" monitor to the PC, two of the three displays (connected using DP) shut off. If I use an HDMI to HDMI cable for the 8" monitor, then everything works as it should. The video card is a Gigabyte GTX970G1. I only have 2 ports left (2 DVI ports) and 1 I will use it for a 27" display using Helios to export the instruments, the other DVI is for the other 8" monitor! any idea why I cant use HDMI to DVI?

The area that got very hot was near the PS connector, HDMI connector. Could it be the HDMI cable? EDIT: actually I disconnected the Hdmi cable and tried in a different wall outlet. The board does not get hot and powers up normally. I guess it is the HDMI to DVI cable but why would it be that? Is it a grounding issue?

HI there, I am posting here with the hope that someone can help with a problem I am having with an 8" monitor I bought from eBay. The monitor needs 12V input. working load is 250mA from the specifications. I connected a 12V 2A power supply and the monitor turned on. Left it on for 15 seconds. The I connected the board to the computer via an HDMiI to DVI cable. The board got incredibly hot to the touch and it would not turn on. It was sitting on wood so there was no grounding issue. Not sure what is happening? Anyone have any ideas? Thanks! E.

Problem now is that it doesn't show the Lumatek monitor under monitors in Settings page. I run 3 monitors for a total resolution of 5850x1080... should I change something there?
