Windows server is by default not fullfilled by stupid/annoying services that are more busy to "spy" you rather than make your system works. But they indeed share the same core engine, so basically you can achieve same results by disabling services, remove stuff like overlay and others on windows 11. It tepends on what is the purpose of the machine: Host time to time a dedicated server for your group of friends? Windows 11 will be ok. Host 24/7 complex mission with persistence feature, several player, open to public? Go for Windows server

Per lavoro ho accesso a diversi visori, compresi visori non propriamente a buon mercato come il Varjo XR-4, ma il consiglio che do ancora oggi per il mercato "casalingo", è quello di stare sull'ottimo Quest3, che ovvaimente ha anche lui contro oltre ai pro, ma è sicuramente il visore più bilanciato al momento, sopratutto considerando anche la piattaforma con cui poi lo utilizzi (DCS)

On our server for example, we do use another system, and from radio menu, other options, you can turn off/on and set the distance in NM from your position whithin you want receive the call.

Ask your ISP to provide a public IP, use some valid reasons taht your IP camera, local dvr, or alarm system is not working anymore. If you use some of these reason normally they assign a public ip, dynamic but it will be fine. CGNAT is always a bad thing for gaming in general

Beh dai, questo lo darei praticamente per certo, il modulo c'è, va solo incastrato nelle varie patch considerando che ora hanno uno schedule mensile di update dopo l'unificazione openbeta/stabile. You basically have to check three things: Firewall: Make su you've opend the firewall. My bad, I was looking at the "base" model equipped with Intel N100, that is a 6W CPU created for mobile/embedded device. Is listed as 1906 points for single thread on that site. The 8505 is definitely better, but since the NAS has their own os, I don't know if it's still a good idea

if datasheet is correct, it's an N100 CPU, don't even try to run a server on it, do yourself a favor
