  1. This looks fantastic, thank you so much for making this available! I just discovered it today. I love the "zeus" spawning. It makes it so much quicker to set up training scenarios. I am having an issue with the mission generation however. I tried generating a hard A2G mission using the F10 menu and got endless "A2G Hard Mission Active" messages: I also don't see anything new on the F10 map. This is with "Through The Inferno (Standard) (Georgian Coast) v1.27c.miz" on the latest DCS open beta. Any idea what I am doing wrong?
  2. Thank you, Sokol! Just what I needed :)
  3. My WarBRD arrived today (ordered on the 19th of October) and so far I am absolutely blown away by the quality. It is light years ahead of the crappy warthog gimbal it is replacing! I also ordered a set of Cosmosim cams to go with it. Unfortunately, nothing that came in the box was labelled. In addition to the WarBRD base itself, there are 3 extra sets of cams and 1 set of springs: Which cams are installed in the WarBRD from the factory, and which are each of the 3 spare sets in the image above? Is the spare set of spring stiffer or softer than the springs that come pre-installed? Thanks in advance!
  4. Many thanks!
  5. Hey Heatblur, I just wanted to know if the F-14 t-shirts will be from the same manufacturer as the latest Viggen shirts. I chose my usual XL for the Viggen shirt and found that it was much smaller than XL t-shirts normally are for me, so I just wanted to know whether I should pick a larger size for the F-14 shirt. Thanks in advance!
  6. Greetings Heatblur team! I am inquiring about order #2170 to Nevada, USA. The order was placed on the 23rd of April. My order summary page still states "We've accepted your order, and we're getting it ready. Come back to this page for updates on your shipment status." Any idea when orders to the USA will ship?
  7. I came across this while browsing youtube today. It is the first high resolution carrier landing video I have seen. You can clearly read HUD (repeated on the left MFD) during the approach: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CSnlWJjRLNw
  8. I few months ago I purchased the F-15C module and discovered that it has a very irritating feature: the cockpit wobbles all over the screen when the aircraft manoeuvres. Disabling the "Head Movement with G Forces" option tones down this effect, but does not completely eliminate it, especially the side to side wobbling when the aircraft bank angle changes. I have searched and searched for a way to eliminate this annoying "feature", and apparently I am not the only one: https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=170011 https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=123174 Unfortunately this irritating effect seems to be hard coded. I spent around 1.5 hours in the F-15C before I couldn't take it anymore. I have no desire to ever fly it again, nor to buy any module that has this "feature" hard coded into it. I have gone back to Falcon BMS that doesn't have this annoying problem. I understand why "head movement with G forces" was added to the sim, but cannot understand why Eagle Dynamics would not allow it to be disabled completely for those of us that are affected negatively by it. I had previously purchased the Su-27, and although this module also has this irritating feature (that honestly turned me off the game at the time), it is nowhere near as a bad as the F-15C. This tells me that it is not something hard coded into the engine itself, but something that is plane specific. Therefore, my request for heatblur crew: I am really looking forward to flying a virtual tomcat, but please, please, PLEASE give up a way to completely disable this irritating, nauseating camera movement within the cockpit. I need you to simulate the F-14 because I don't have one of those ... I don't need you to simulate my spine ... I am all set in that department :) I bring this up now because your latest "F-14 Flight Model Episode 1" video seems to have much of the same effect. Thank you in advance.
  9. Is this the only TM Warthog adapter that is planned? Or will there be an adaptor to go the other way, i.e. use the TM Warthog handle on the Mongoos base? Apologies if this has already been answered, I haven't been through the whole thread yet.
  10. Add keybindings to toggle a "pop-up" version of the MFD screen(s). The image would float in space in front of the regular cockpit instruments, but be much larger, and therefore the low headset resolution would no longer be an issue. The clickable buttons around the outside of the MFDs would need to be part of the enlarged version as well so that the player can still interact with the MFD. Hit the keybinding again and it would close the pop up window. There would need to be a separate keybinding for each MFD in the particular aircraft, and they must be able to be bound to hotas buttons. I am thinking of the way the carrier landing "meatball" lights work in Jane's F/A-18 ... when you get close to the carrier an enlarged version pops up at the bottom of the screen to compensate for the fact that you cannot see the 3D model clearly at any distance due to low monitor resolution. Here is my dodgy MSPaint mockup: (Images blatantly stolen from google image search. Apologies to the original owners).
  11. You can't both be right :music_whistling:
  12. Well this is hugely disappointing. I was under the impression that it would be plug and play.
  13. Thank you Sokol1_br! Apologies for missing any previous answer. I just stumbled upon this thread today, and was not aware of VKB before.
  14. Is a warthog adaptor for Gladiator/Gunfighter planned?
  15. I found that using the controls worked fine with USB3.0. However when I started experimenting with the target code to write custom logic for the lights on the throttle base, I saw a significant delay in lighting or extinguishing the LEDs when using USB3.0. The LEDs responded immediately when using USB2.0. I never worked out what the problem could be, so I have my controls connected via USB2.0 ports for now.
