In that case, it’s something related to engine air flow and AICS (Air Inlet Control System). Keep in mind that P3D/FSX certainly is not a realistic simulator, but a track/replay would be nice, then we can see what really happened. :)

That's not what he meant. When you are in full AB, at supersonic speed, you cannot put your throttle to idle, you need to put your throttle to full military power, otherwise you are gonna have a compressor stall.:thumbup: P.S, the F-14B/D can supercruise when using clean payload.

It's hard to explain "limits", because than we have to define "limits", however, the TF-30 has several problems with high AoA and aggressive throttle management. Mostly at landing or high altitudes. Regarding your problem in P3D, I would need more info.:thumbup:
