  1. Hi. Just a quick note to all the mission creators. Thank you so much. Making one's own missions is one of the things I really enjoy in DCS world. I still have tons to learn and you guys are great at leading me in the right direction.
  2. This took a while to find but this will get your throttle working and get you in the air and must be set before it's recognized. Unless they've fixed it. For the Logitech 3D Pro.
  3. Logitech Extreme 3D Pro F15-C Key and Joystick pdf I am starting with this (attached pdf link below) and having a lot of fun with it. but I am sure it will change. It's handy sheet so far. It seems to be a good mix for a Logitech Extreme 3D Pro and keyboard to get up in the air and get it done. I made it in excel or calc which are editable. But I could only upload a pdf here. Set your throttle to a slider in the axis area of the joystick commands and enjoy. Type it into an excel or calc file and put your own settings in to keep track. I view it on another monitor while I play as I make changes while I play until I get set up nice. This one is good for my purpose today. If you're going to print it print pages 1-10. The remaining is wasted paper. I am certainly open to suggestions for further modifiers as well. DCS Logitech X3DPro keymap F15-C.pdf
  4. memory timings This is not necessarily for the original poster but good information for all. If the timings of the memory are the same one MAY be fine. If not your motherboard MAY automatically configure to the lower settings. There is a lot more to it. I suggest doing a search on memory timings. There are many instances where the system will not boot when using memory with different timings. I would recommend to always use memory chips of the same make and model with the same timings. This will generally ensure that you don't have to mess around in the BIOS or actually lose speed. There are other factors from model to model that can cause trouble. DRAM frequency enters into the equation as well as command rate. Buying memory strictly on size to save pennies is absolutely insane and often results in money down the tubes. At best , it MAY run at a slower rate. Worst cases will not post, will not boot and possibly even fry motherboards and other components. Matched sets are best. Using others can be a very slippery slope. One should also check in your motherboard manual for compatible memory although this can often be outdated. It is probably best to check with memory manufacturer's web sites for better answers regarding Memory. How do I know? I learned the hard way. Luckily I could sell the oddball memory for near the purchase price. Don't let it be you.
  5. F-18s and Carriers? Now we're cooking. The line up forms behind me. I'll be jumping on that puppy right quick.
