  1. It has been known for several months now that both Mi24 and OH-58 will not finally be released in 2020 as announced but more than likely in the first half of 2021. But the dates for the launch of both modules are still far from being clearly determined. Many people are now asking that it would be better to have a well-finished module, even if it comes later, rather than a module that has been made available but still contains a lot of problems. I believe that these people are right and I agree with them on this point. Now the question arises: which module between the Mi-24 and OH-58 will be available first? For me the question is not insignificant. It seems highly unlikely that ED will release two helicopter modules in a short period of time. Most of us would make a choice for one of the two machines rather than taking the two helicopters if they were available several months apart. So my fear is that the release of one of these two helicopters will be delayed much further in time than we are led to believe? There is undoubtedly a small competition between the studios of Belsimtek/ED and Polyschop and it is difficult to determine which module will be the first in 2021 (I did not dare to mark 2022)... One thing is certain, in its coming New Year's newsletter, ED will show us once again that it does not forget the "rotorheads", as mentioned for 2020 (Zero release), let's hope that this time it will be a reality... Let's keep our fingers crossed!
  2. Eduardo, So, I finally identified the problem! It was an issue with another installed Mod : BFVG Harrier Field Ops (I don't think that I have the last version) I removed this mod, I installed the VPC Mod (from your last link) as well as the Suntsag's NATO soldier Mod and all is running well now. Thx a lot for your support ! Have a nice day, Chris
  3. Ok thanks to you spending your time on helping me. I will try that and get back to you ASAP !
  4. FYI the mod was not installed via OVGME but directly dropped in C:user/savedGames/DCSOpenBeta/Mods/tech/VPC,... dcs.log The mod in general is working perfectly, I have only this issue with the 3 russian VP-MEN...
  5. No same issue, It's still not working. VPC Airfield v0.9.6 (02 Apr)
  6. Check ! I will test the new link directly...
  7. The one dated from 24 Jun 19 ?
  8. Eduardo, So, I just tested and adding these guys as you mentionned above and and it's still not working. I am on the last Open Beta version. This 3 guys are not visible neither in mission editor (Ammo/paint sheme) nore when the mission is running...
  9. The multinational aeronautical training exercise MEDUSA 2020 began on 30 Nov, running until 06 Dec 2020, CyprusMail reported. The Dead District: Multinational aeronautical training exercise MEDUSA 2020
  10. Check ! Thx a lot Eduardo !!
  11. Waouwww Robin you really did a great job! I can't imagine how much time you had spend connecting all the switches and dials. ASP-17V is also very nice ! Congratulations. It's really nice to see the evolution of our respective cockpits...that's
  12. I downloaded the last version of the Virpil Objects but some issues remain. As for exemple, the 03 VP men (1idle, check and 2idle) are not visible (in preview) but also during the mission even if there were placed on the map in the mission editor... Am I the only one to have this problem ? It's a real shame because it really adds to the atmosphere at an airport even if these 3 "objects" remain static. Thx Chris
  13. Gents please, could you stop your spamming discussion and stay focus on the topic of this discussion.... Thx a lot and have a very nice day, Chris
  14. Personally I prefer the P version with the punch of the twin 30mm canon, now this will always remain a discussion. Like having an upgraded version of the Ka-50 with thermal observation capability or even a conversion to the Ka-52... At the end the V or the P version is less important than see this module finally modeled and ready for release.
  15. Thxxx, I am currently safe...until the release of the Mi-24P module...perhaps for the beginning of 2021 :smilewink:
  16. Just edited. Enjoy !
  17. I will post a YouTube movie very soon...:smilewink:
  18. Jan 2020 : ED announcement for 2020 : Of course we don't forget the rotorheads ! :music_whistling: Yes for sure, notting is writtent into the stone...but ED you have still 49 days for a chopper release.

  21. Still some work but the inside part of it is nearly finished... Movie will follow in the next coming days.;)
  22. Very intersting stuff for our future beast...even if it's not the common tactic used by the Mi-24
  23. Yes but it's not allowed to all or common visitors. I took contact before my visit with the "War Heritage Institute" and I explained my project in detail. It was only afterwards that I had an appointment and that I was allowed to jump in the Mi-24 cockpit.
  24. I visited 4 times the ex DDR Mi-24D exposed in the Royal Museum of the Armed Forces and Military History in Brussels. So, I was able (and lucky too) to take a lot of pictures and measurements of the cockpit...:)
