  1. AI Units Ground Units: M1A2, AMX-56 Leclerc, Wespe Sd.Kfz.124, KS-19 100mm ADA, Son-4 “Flap Wheel” radar, C1 Ariete, Pantsir SA-22 “Greyhound”, and S-300/SA-10 “Grumble”. For sure a lot of things to to and/or to update regarding the ground units. But we have to be realistic, probably something that is not feasible considering the resources it requires. It's to bad because we would obviously like most of the vehicles to be as well modelled as the latest products like the T-72B3, BTR-82A,... New M1A2 Abrams, Pantsir SA-22 mmmm
  2. Waouawwww Good luck for your project !!!
  3. @NineLineMid-March 2022 : "its close enough now that it very well could be the next major update after this weeks." It could be nice to have some news because we are more than 04 months later since this annoucement, many updates but still no voice for Petrovitch. Soon, very soon, delayed after other or new priorities ??? Many Thxxxx
  5. Regarding the choice of the location, the Kola Peninsula fully corresponds to nice "cold war" scenarios. I don't know Orbx at all and as this will be their first map in DCS we hope to see a quality result. The finalization of this map is probably not for immediately but for my part I have only one wish: to have a realization of quality at low altitude with at least the same quality as the Syrian map. The South Athlantic map is currently very disappointing on this aspect... We are waiting and looking for more screenshots, good luck to the Orbx team!
  6. I don't have this issue. I tested the Kord with Gunner AI against vehicles and the gunner opened fire with "free fire" and "short burst". 02 days ago my AI gunner opened fire against 04 technicals without any issues. I know that before, it was a problem when you placed some static objects not far from your targets. I don't know if this issue was fixed or not.
  8. The brand new skin of our Apache. All the helicopters of the french 06th MHR (Multirole Helicopter Regiment) have now their own liveries !
  12. Clear, you are absolutely right. Complicated was a little bit ironic in the sense of my sentence. Not a question of complexity but rather of priority...
  13. ED will inform us when there is something to share...as usual We have already received the R-60M, the Kord is going to be available very soon, so when we know how things are going, we'll probably have to wait a few more months to hear from Petrovitch...since it seems that his voice is more complicated to integrate than Georges'...
  14. So, here are some pictures of my Mi-24P desk Link youtube :
  15. Yesterday I was starting up from the main apron on SENAKI airfield within a multitraining mission made for our DCS virtual squadron. I was parked just beside the AN-2 and the two Mi-8 default static airframes... Is there really no possibility to remove these two ugly and old models from all the airfiels on the Caucasus map? It clearly devalues the map and the visuals... Even the AN-2 model doesn't need to be redone; for the Mi-8, it can be added as a static object very easily when needed.
  16. Yes, I totally agree with you. It was a long way without any significant improvement (because of the Apache development) for many months and now we can see that some more stuff is out.... Let's hope that the whole Alexander team is fully dedicated to the Hind again...and who knows, maybe also on the Mi-8 .
  17. Hi Bignewy, I hunderstand your point but we don't necessarily want things quickly. You just have to understand that when you make announcements you have to assume a minimum. Saying, hey guys we're going to do this...and then going almost 18 months without ANY news, don't be surprised if we mention that this project is probably abandoned or placed in the fridge for a long period...
  18. No ETA....mmmmm, it's look like the SA-22 already announced by ED for 2021 and most likely abandonned. So I prefer not to get too excited and wait like St Thomas They made the BTR-82A from the BTR-80. We have already the T-72B3 so...is it not possible to only change the turret in order to release the BMP-T "Terminator" ?
  19. Syria, Mariannes, Channel,...looks pretty good to me but yes for sure, map scenery available as static objects could be very interesting. The concern is mainly on the Caucasus map which loses its interest (especially in helicopter flight) because of the really old models. The same goes for the FARPs and the numerous vehicles that are really from another era...
  20. Certainly many of us are asking for this but it does not seem to be ED's priority. It requires resources and does not bring them much financial added value
  21. On the first videos related to the Hind (DCS: Syria Map – Hind Over Latakia), the F10 map was displayed in the cockpit. I don't know why they changed that afterwards. Maybe because it's more realistic to display real paper maps ? null
  22. Outstanding work ! Thx to keeping us informed on the last developments Good luck for the rest of the project!
  23. This is also what I would like to see configured! So in concrete terms, the Yaw Autopilot can now be activated from the start and you just need to bind a button on your stick which you will press constantly when you want manual yaw control. When you release this button, it keeps the yaw in the last position and you can remove your feet from your rudder pedals. If the button is pushed again, you have full manual control again with your rudder pedals. Is all this correct? And in order to do so what I have to choose in my options ? null
