  5. The trigger would only start a mission once so I had no way to complete all 3 missions, due to the trigger type being once instead of a switched trigger which I required to get a mission each time I enter the zone.
  6. Ah brilliant I shall alter that, found out the problem I had the trigger zone set as "once" as apposed to "switched" seems all good now. Thank you all

  8. sorry after rechecking its not "flag is true" it is actually "flag equals" and then the relevant number i.e flag 1 equals 2, sorry for the confusion

I'm still struggling with this alittle so far I have Type Switched condition Condition Part of coalition in zone Actions Flag set random value FLAG: 1 VAL LIM MIN: 0 VAL LIM MAX: 3 And have set separate switched conditions of "Flag is true" for each group I wish to activate, however cant seem to get the trigger to work.

Sorry let me explain, that's my tank commander talk coming out lol I mean that I've created 3 air to air engagements which I would like to randomly be given when entering a trigger zone.... so say you enter the trigger zone and engagement 1 spawns but 2 and 3 do not, but another time you enter 3 may spawn but 1 and 2 do not. If this makes sense

Quick noob question, I have created a mission with three air to air taskings and wanted to place a trigger zone with a random chance of starting any of the three, is this possible using triggers? The idea is I fly in to the zone and get tasked with one of the three tasks at random to ensure its not the same task eveytime I fly into the trigger zone. Probably very easy but I have only just dived in to the ME so require a nudge in the correct direction, many thanks in advance.

I am trying to create a generic respawn for all AI aircraft on the server without much luck, I have tried deactivating individual groups via triggers and then respawning them via MIST however this only seems to work once. Is there any real tips to respawning AI aircraft on a multiplayer server? Many thanks
  15. I have tried this out, however no avail it just seems to crash the program. I have used a trigger set is "Once - Time is more (60 seconds to test) - load mission" however it just causes DCS to crash, so need a helping hand to figure out what I need to do to make the server restart correctly. many thanks

I see what you mean, I'm looking for some way to keep AI aircraft in a specific zone basically ensuring they will not RTB as I need them to die to be respawned indefinably if they RTB there doesn't seem to be any deactivation of the aircraft when they RTB and are sat on the ramp. The mission is for a MP mission I am creating hence why I need the aircraft to respawn indefinably

Can anyone help me with this issue, I have enabled MIST set an AI flight in a trigger zone to act as a air to air training area set a continuous action so if the group moves out of trigger zone it will deactivate, then I use MIST to respawn the group (once again in the zone and as an continuous action) but this time after respawning it is able to leave the trigger zone and RTB :huh: Is there anyway to fix this so the AI aircraft can never leave the zone with out being deactivated? Many thanks
  18. Good morning all, just a curious question if anyone can help, is there a way to make a dedicated server restart after a set period of time without having to restart it manually? I believe there are some server that do this and just wanted to find out how it is done. Many thanks all.
  19. Regarding VR is there a noticeable difference of terrain textures if mods are used, for example if I used starways textures will it be noticeably different to the standard textures in DCS? Or will it effect performance too greatly? Thanks in advance
  20. I'm having the same issue, aircraft is off in a parking spot however the ground crew will not read or refuel my aircraft. Unless there is something I am missing.
