A common mistake when setting up a SAM site in DCS is not placing all the required units in the same group. It is not enough to just place units near each other, you need to have them all in the same vehicle group.

I think it would benefit people who are often away from home with only a simple laptop and have free time to do some simple mission editing. Obviously not a replacement for the full thing as per reasons mentioned above but a very useful tool for me. So +1.

Not exactly correct.

Several countries modified the E to carry the Python3 on the outboard pylons. Normally not used together with the AIM-9. Some sort of helmet mounted system too, but was not a Northrop mod. I do not remember seeing the E with 4xAIM-9. Would be a pig for dogfighting with 4xAAM too. Fuel probe, several export customers had it. Was asked for before, IIRC official response was "thinking about it but will be difficult". Data exists, it might be that the work is too much for the project to be considered financially viable. My #1 request for the F-5 though.

I have observed it working with the KC130 and 135. Edit: It might be that the task 'orbit' is required for the baskets to trail when intent to refuel. Would be nice if the basket did not immediately detach from probe when 'transfer completed'. basket trail trial 001.trk
