  1. That´s would be i nice workaround! Do you may know someone from ED Dev.? Elseway i´ve doubt to get even a response :music_whistling: No response from occulus dev forum, yet.
  2. Thank´s very much SkateZilla for this posts and this first steps...i also try to get this solved in the rift dev forum. And one thing about the Rift CV1 in emu. stereomode: In my case the 3D feeling in DCS (with stereo lua) dosn´t look that perfect, compared to the vanilla generated Rift 3D picture. I played a lot with the lua valures, but on of the 3D views (F2,F1 or F5) are not good, whatever.
  3. i play DCS in a 360° fullmotion simpit (bank axis) with the CV1 and the tracking issue drives me mad:cry: Is there a detailed howto thread for this? 1. To Disable Direct to Rift, 2. Use HMD as Extended monitor, 3. Run DCS in Stereo Mode, 4. Use alternate tracking system (TRACK IR 5 in my case) Did someone may know a away to disable the internal RIFT Tracking? I thought this and the tracking problem was no problem with DK2?!? Thanks a lot!
  4. If you don´t do a barrel roll in R/L , e.g. doing a steady 30° bank turn with no pulling, you will have side G´s. And note how the RL Pilotshead moves on rapid roll changes...this is very violent and it needs a roll motion axis to simulate it.
  5. Some folks, including me, read out the values from export.lua to control a Motion-Simulator: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/11075624/vJaBoG32%20-%20The%20Biest.mp4 Unfortunately this export values (Pitch,Bank,Yaw) are Euler Matrix Sequences. For Exampel if you fly wings level and you´re Pitching up to +90°, then Yaw and Bank vectors flipping upside down (180,0° / -180°) at >90°. Now imaging what happens when you´re sitting in a one Axis 360° Motion Simulator and you pitch up...spin me round like a record! To solve this an absolute Bank vector is needed, which is NOT affected by any Pitch/Yaw alignment! I know some coders from x-sim.de and x-simulator.net trying to solve this problem by hacking the export.lua, but it´s very difficult and no real headway, yet. May someone here is familiar with the DCS vectors? Any help would be welcome. THX! Siddharta, Virtual-JaBoG32
7. direct hit, at once with 6x GBU-31, no effect. Also with AGM-65G, CBU-105 and GBU-10. Not even the Antenna is damaged!
  8. The SA-15 is build to shoot down precision guided Bombs and Missiles like AGM-65 and 86. But since 1.5 the Tor dosn´t even try to look them, no matter how far away!
  9. The FFB is generate with Gs, Speeds and Acc that strain your A/C or Helicopter. There is no simulation of hydaulic Systems, Trim or Stick Offsets. So whatever positions your Stick ingame has, it´s not affecting the FFB actions.
  10. Or may try this solution :-) http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?p=2696321#post2696321
  11. FFB for TS Warthog HOTAS Here is my attampt to build a DIY FFB for the Warthog: Video: I fasten four springs on the bottom Part of the Stick. This springs are connected via cables to a Worm geared DC Motor. There is no other way to do so, because i´d like to have ~13kg max. force on the Stick. This would break any internal Stick solution. Then a software called X-Sim (x-sim.de) creates the FFB Signal out of the DCS lua vectors (roll acc, pitch acc, X/Y acc, Speed, ...). This FFB Signal goas via USB to a Arduino Uno and from there to Sabertooth 2x15 (PWM convertion). The 2x12Amp are enough to preload the Springs with the DC Motor. Remember - i only creat a Centerforce! So there is no manuel trim function (for this you would need 4 Motors!!!). However the Centerforce is very strong and dynamic and it´s much more realistic then the G940/MS Flightstick. You can feel everything - particularly if your getting close to stall. It works with every DCS Module, but some X-SIM tuning is needed, because every A/C or Helicorter has very different Feedback. As i noted i have only one DC Motor. You´ll get much more precision if you use two, because you can simulate Pitch and Roll Forces seperate. For me, one Motor ist fine and expensive enough :-) Don´t expect to fly suddenly like a pro with FFB - you won´t! It´s exhausting and confusing if you Stick suddenly don´t move - two Hands are much better :-) Overall cost is about 300,- € Here you find detail instructions (german only): http://www.virtual-jabog32.de/forum/viewtopic.php?f=44&t=12289&start=60
  12. Confirmed by four pilots we have noted this Bugs in Multiplayer Session: - Landing Gear is shown up at backseat, while is down: http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=148236 - Canopy is shown open on backseat while closed ingame. - After switching controlls from back to front and back leads to a blackscreen with big lags. - Also sometimes the game is asynchron after switching controlls e.g. A/C flys straight for backseat while banking 45° ingame This Bugs have been noted on different Servers and Missions.
  13. When taking about realisem, the modern L-39 have GPS anyway.
  14. puhhh...i´m new with the f-86 and it´s realy frustrating to get a beacon. First because the freq. indicator marks are just to rough, no fine 10 or 20mhz marks. With no autopilot in real bad weather i have no chance to setup this, except i´ve already approached that beacon a few times bevor. I also think some stations still causing interleaving morse codes, but i have to verify that.
  15. Yeah, seems to be a local bug...some people can login, others not.

    MFCD for FC3

Flightplanmanager add-on Hello Raf, a member from vjabog32 has scripted a little add-on to auto. input a Flightplan into your MFCD tool. Therefor he just tooks a list of Lat/long Cord. in a txt-file and use the New MK Funktion (WPT) to create the filghtplan. This makes flightpath navigation (e.g. ILS Approach, IPs, engagement paths,...) in FC3 available and quite easy. I´ve you like to we share the add-on. But there´s one problem left: we need a extra shortkey (e.g. F5) for the "New MK" function, in order to make the script easy to use (at the moment we have to mesures out the x y cord. from the nk-mk button, for running the script!). This would be real, awesome great!!! :pilotfly:
  17. This Video produced by the virtual JaBoG32, shows a fictional combat mission in DCS World. The Movie contains tactical radio transmissions, VOR procedures, AAR, Close formations, AFAC width 9line Briefing, Air Strike, Close Air Support (CAS), CSAR and Air to Air Engagment maneuver with various aircraft types e.g. A10-C, KA.50, F15-C, Mig29 S and UH-1H. All scenes are recorded ingame in multiplayer sessions and emphasized with some FX. Just about all objects are controlled by Human Players. Most of the transmissions are abridged for a fluent storyline. We hope you enjoy!

    MFCD for FC3

Awesome! Works just fine. Even con. to TM Cougar MFDs works like a charm.
  20. At least! This MFCD Tool you can place where ever you want, without even touching the monitor.lua It's a MFCD system for FC3 crafts like F15-C, adding navigation, mark points, bullseye and more to it. http://qopru.com/mfcdfc3/ The only Thing left now is the RWR :D
  21. Great!!! Perfekt work This tool works real perfekt in realistik mode. No crashed, no bugs, even with 30+ Units and human players. Only one thing: I´d like to extend the relief Map (CTR borders, TCN, Entry/Exits, etc.). How does this work? .mbtiles seems to be a typical map file. What software is needed to edit it? THX for any help! Greets Siddharta (JaBoG32)
  22. MFDs on FC3 F15-C Hello Peter, i´ve configurate a multi monitor Setup with one Full HD Screen and two Lilliputs 800x480. It´works perfekt width you´re guideline in DCS A10. But in FC3 F15-C i only got the radar MFD. RWR and DSMS is not set on screen. Help :music_whistling:
