Neither is correct , the p51 is too invisible not enough light glinting off it from different angles , the spit prop is make believe , far too visible , once a prop is above about 1000rpm they a more or less invisible , thats why they a lethal to ground staff, in fact now that I think about it they are still dangerous even when the engine is not running , believe me i have the scars on my forehead to prove it:thumbup:

I took a look at the sound files you put a lot of effort in to getting , but for me they unfortunately were not usable its hard to explain why so ill just say that they didnt contain the right elements to build a suitable in game sound , I couldn't advise you on alternatives because I dont think there are any decent ones out there, sound in aviation games and sims is universally below the standard of poor especially in ww2 sims where the greater majority of people participating have heard a spitfire a mustang a 109 ect in real life but what they are presented with is a highly detailed accurate 3d model that sounds like a lawn mower , I think that if another company similar to ED were to come along and put 25% of the time effort and resources into the sound design of there aircraft , they would wipe the floor of all other sims past and present. All WIP footage has been deleted , sorry about that , but the work continues on the P51 , Spitfire and the F15 , im also putting in a lot of hours in real life so its been difficult to find the time to make a update vid but I will as soon as I get the time. Cheers Jafa

Ive done quite a bit of work with the F15 sound files recently and as far as I can see there is no SDEFLN file for the vulcan cannon so what you hear in the cockpit is just the pass through from the exterior sounds as far as I can tell at this time Cheeers Jafa

I like it , feels more realistic , you cant just sit back and enjoy the view like in the mushy p51 the spit keeps you on your toes on the ground and in the air , love it. Cheers Jafa

Hi folks , thought I would post this , its a method I use to get a feel for how my audio work is developing , doing away with the visual aspect sometimes gives me a better overall impression of where im at. Video update is in the works , but for now enjoy. Cheers Jafa

This will be an add on via JSGME , as for ED adopting them I think that is highly unlikely , I think for the time being I should just concentrate on getting these finished .
