The GTX970 has only 3.5GiB of usable Vram. If you go over the 3.5 limit your perfomance will go and hide in the basement.

Voodoo_One Ja funktioniert, musst den Bekeuchtungsschalter am Throttle aussen nach vorne Drücken. Glaub der ist standardmässig in der Off Position. Die F-14 ist das beste seit geschnitten Brot. Gestern 4h am Stück im Flugzeug auf unserem Squadron Server mit den Kollegen gesessen und geflogen, ein Traum! Bin erstaunt wie gut sich die Triebwerke steuern lassen, finde es viel einfacher den richtigen Schub zu geben um in Formation zu bleiben als im vergleich zur F18. :thumbup:

Afaik haben die GBUs keine MFUZE sondern nur eine EFUZE. MFUZE -> Mechanical Fuze, also Aufschlagszünder EFUZE -> Electronical Fuze, Elektrische Zündvorrichtung, kann dann Sofort Zünden oder mit bestimmter Verzögerung. Müsste u.a. die FMU-139 sein. edit: Achtung, hier gabs mit einem der letzten Updates ne Änderung, vllt ist das Grim Reaper Video noch VOR dem Patch mit den Zündern entstanden.

Would be a great trainer aircraft for people to learn the weapon systems, could use it in missions where you want to split workload or just a second pair of eyes. Wouldn't even need jester since everything can be done in the Pilot Pit already. Would really add to the Multi Crew Experience in MP. :thumbup:

If you are flying too low the bomb has not enough time to arm it's mechanical fuze after seperation with the Aircraft. Hence the DUD indication.

Yes, the Rio Controls are seperate from the Pilot controls. If you switch from Pilot to Rio you automatically use the Rio Controll bindings.

I don't understand people having a problem with a developer selecting a few people out of this community to help them test things. Also to help them produce videos. Without Jabbers, Ralfidude and Mags, you wouldn't have a single video showcasing the F14 in they ways the F14 was showcasted until now. For the goal of having a working F14 for EA release you need to test it in larger scales on different machines to iron out bugs that might appear under "load" and specific system configurations. It's more effective and productive for them having it tested this way. If they'd just release it untested in a larger scale, the millions of bug reports they have to work their way through would slow down development and ironing out bugs. So I for one appreciate them taking their time. March 20 is the given release date. I can live with that. Time flies by too quick nowadays anyway.

The Super Hornet in the Video is serving as a Tanker. I believe the propeller on the front of the Tanking Pod is to power the Fuel Transfer Pump but I'm no expert.

Ich musste für das Fliegen Online die Schatten auf Flat stellen. Selbst auf Low hat es mir ca 10-15fps gefressen wenn ich z.B. auf dem Hoggit Server war. Im Singleplayer bei Missionen ist die Performance mit Schatten auf Low deutlich besser als Online. Jetzt auf Flat funktioniert das ganze schon quasi butterweich. Leider find ich leidet die Immersion im Cockpit doch schon arg wegen den fehlenden Schatten,...die Hoffnung das die DCS VR Optimierungen hier die Performance irgendwann soweit haben dass man die Schatten wieder höher drehen kann stirbt zuletzt :music_whistling: RTX2070, 9700k, 32GB Ram und ne Oculus Rift.:joystick:
