  1. Hey! That sounds unusual. I recommend verifying the integrity of your DCS files. Are you using any explosion mods, effects enhancements, or similar modifications? I'll run a test, but I can tell you for sure—the mission uses standard triggers, no scripts, or any complex systems beyond what the triggers are designed for. It should run stably. Send me your log file, and I'll try to determine why the CTD is happening. The log should contain an entry with the CTD timestamp and the cause. I’ll also test it on my PC. Thanks for your feedback. If I can reproduce this issue, I’ll find a way to fix it.
  2. I'll test it and fix it. Thanks for your feedback!
  3. По докладам ИИ исправляю. Спасибо за уточнение. За совет по Мэйдэй тоже спасибо! В действительности там нет продолжения, вы просто оповещаете других участников по радио и возвращаетесь на базу.
  4. Yes, I got it! Actually, I did this in the MAD campaign for Huey and Gazelle. But I didn't get any feedback on it, and I thought that this unnecessary simplification was not needed by the player. This is about switching with the help of AI. Thanks for your observation, sir! I remembered this and will add this to my concept for helicopter campaigns. And I received two more feedback about the constant AI reports. I'm already working on it. Unfortunately, I won’t make it in the upcoming update, but I’ll include the fixes in the next one!
  5. Приветствую! Спасибо за отзыв! Тестирую исправляю. Эта проблема гуляющая, то есть то нет.
  6. Hello, yes, you got it right. Have a nice game!
  7. Hello. Thanks for your feedback. Regarding AI reports - I know about the problem, but I can't solve it. AI has a different frequency, it shouldn't transmit reports. If you have a track saved, could you send it here. Or specify the mission where this problem occurs, please. I'll send it to ED. This problem occurs in different places, and I can't always reproduce it. Frequency presets. I didn't immediately understand what you were talking about. You want me to tell you which preset to switch to so you don't have to look at your knee pad. Got it. Actually, that was my goal. Something like multitasking. I probably overdid it, but I'm not sure. All my campaigns are set up in this concept
  8. Have a nice game!
  9. Good day! Yes, this is probably a result of the JF-17 update, I will fix it in the next DCS update. Please wait for the next DCS update, or load the missions through the Mission Editor, they are still playable. UPDATE. I tested it again, didn't find this problem. But. I have one idea. The problem might be that you might have deleted the Persian Gulf map. My DCS only have campaigns frozen if the necessary map is missing. Let me know when you check it.
  10. I tested all types of destroyers and frigates. This issue only affects the Arleigh Burke—on this ship, the safety nets do not lower at the moment of the landing request but much later, when the AI helicopter is 1.5 miles away. The Arleigh Burke is part of the Supercarrier package and does not allow the player to land unless they own the Supercarrier module. Despite this, I included the Arleigh Burke in my missions, and with this simple AI helicopter workaround, players were still able to land.
  11. Friends, we have found a small issue with the AI ship behavior. In Mission 2, when you need to land on the USS Sampson: Previously, I would activate an AI helicopter far from the ship, which would request landing clearance, causing the ship to lower the safety nets. When you landed, that AI helicopter would then be deactivated. This helped players by eliminating the need to use the radio menu. Now, the deck safety nets only lower if the helicopter that requested landing is within approximately 1 nautical mile of the ship. You need to contact the Arleigh Burke via the radio menu and request landing. They will only lower the safety nets if you have the Supercarrier package. These are ED's rules, as the Arleigh Burke is part of the package. I am currently testing all missions related to deck landing operations to understand the issue and try to come up with an alternative solution.
  13. Good day. This is an Arleigh Burke-class ship, with "Sampson" written on its stern. It is located directly at WP-2 of your route. I tested it, and unfortunately, you are right—the deck safety nets do not lower. This is due to a DCS update. Previously, I would activate an AI helicopter far from the ship, which would request landing clearance, causing the ship to lower the safety nets. When you landed, that AI helicopter would then be deactivated. This helped players by eliminating the need to use the radio menu. Now, the deck safety nets only lower if the helicopter that requested landing is within approximately 1 nautical mile of the ship. I will need to fix many missions, including this one. If you want to land now without waiting for my fixes, you need request landing clearance from USS Sampson via the radio menu. The ship will then lower the nets, allowing you to land without obstacles. This is only possible if you have the Supercarrier. If you don’t have the Supercarrier, the Arleigh Burke will deny your landing request (sorry, that’s DCS - I didn’t make the rules). Thank you for your feedback. You’ve reported an important issue that needs to be addressed. DCS is constantly evolving, and ED is working to improve it. In this case, the changes affected the ship AI, and now I’ll have to find a new solution.
  14. Thank you! Glad to hear it, sir! Thanks for your support!
  15. No. I didn't set any restrictions! Thanks for the feedback, I'll test it out and try to figure it out.
  16. Accepted! I'll fix it! Thanks again for the details!
  17. That seems more than logical, sir! I will change the weight according to your calculations, thanks for the feedback. The thing is, I didn't delve that deeply into the theory.. I just wanted to make this mission difficult. Probably overdid it!
  18. Yes sir! I'm sorry! Unfortunately, the update for my campaigns was missed. Hopefully this will be added in the February DCS update
  19. It's your choice. You can land, but if you're not sure you can do it, you can cancel the landing by pressing the spacebar
  20. Exclusive for my Patreon subscribers: 3 liveries for the Mi-8MTV2 "Magnificent Eight." These liveries were created for the "Crew - Part 2" campaign. The Mi-8 will make its mark in Helicopter Sports, representing four different countries that have used the Hip at some point. When creating these liveries, I was inspired by GT Racing. Of course, this work was done by professionals—huge thanks to them! Try out the demo flights in the new colorful liveries! 21. Friends! I’ve created a Patreon page! https://www.patreon.com/c/StoneSky Let me explain its purpose and why it’s worth your attention. I want to share more content for DCS World! Recently, a gentleman reached out to me with a request to create a couple of missions for the Afghanistan map, specifically for the Mi-8 and Mi-24 helicopters. That got me thinking—I’d love to create even more for you! Without the heavy burden of large and complex commercial projects, like campaigns for ED. Enough talking! In short, I’ll be posting various missions there, with different levels of difficulty and immersion. You can subscribe to my page for free and see how it all develops! The first project on Patreon is two missions for the Mi-8 and Mi-24. Kandahar, 1986. Each mission will include several tasks that you can complete sequentially or pick any one of them within the mission. I’ll approach this with the same level of quality as I would for ED, putting all my experience into it! Happy 2025 to everyone! Best regards, Stone Sky
  22. Thanks for the feedback! I'll check again and fix it!
  23. I'm glad you mentioned me, thank you! I really like South Atlantic! It's on my list, but later! I won't pass it by!
  24. Got it! I'm always happy to help and support! If you have the patience to try the mission again, let me know that everything is ok.
