Wait so this whole time I've had to press a button to let go to the stick? Where in the manual does it specify this? *looks around* It doesn't? Yes, it works after using the magic button. Thanks for the info.
  2. Rudel_chw, are you going to make a bombing tutorial mission? Be sure to check this old thread for charts if yo haven't:

According to the manual, all I have to do is push this button number 53. The stabilization mode will be on, and it will try to stabilize my pitch and bank. Here in this track of my air start Mig-21, I level out the aircraft, press the button, and the aircraft is not stabilized. sau test.trk

Some of the SAU modes have never worked correctly, or maybe only worked in the past. Like the stabilize mode you are trying to use. It should also keep you straight when you have uneven load, like after firing missile from one side of the plane only.
  5. I don't have the F-4, so the only things I notice: The box in top right say accelerate to 350 kts, but you speed past that about 10 seconds after take off. That turn looked kinda lazy to me, maybe a 60° bank turn with the reduced speed will have you in better position? Or maybe the triggers are looking for the stuff in the box in that order: gear and flaps, then pitch angle, then 350 kts. But you fly: gear and flaps, 350 kts, then pitch angle and it breaks the mission?
  6. Using the 2, 3, 4 marks to fly the RSBN box pattern is described in page 120 of the MiG-21 Manual.
  7. It still shows up for me? Here's his image anyways:
  8. Do you have "Depth of Field" turned on in the options menu?
  9. What module? For a rotary dial, there should be "Zoom View" control under "Axis Commands."
  10. Software that inserts commands into another program? I don't know how to word it. More importantly, ReShade is an injector. First sentence from their website, "ReShade is a generic post-processing injector for games and video software developed by crosire."
  11. Different vehicles provide different services. Check page 313 of the DCS user manual.
  12. Do you need canopy open?
  13. Did you have this issue before using mpm11011?
  14. Neat video by Explosion&Fire where he talks a bit about the science of IR sensors, and countermeasures against them. He even builds is own "missile seeker" to test his homemade flares, then ultimately uses them to defeat a Nintendo Wii.
  15. Nice find. Bottom diagram at 1:11:02 looks like it explains to line up cockpit parts with target for a good line up, I do the same thing in the 21.
