  8. i'm pretty sure procedure is there for a reason. and a more realistic scenario for that story is probably you failing to hit the target because of your wobbling in the first go, coming around and getting shot down.
  9. the problem with the nevada terrain is the large pixelized dark and light areas. they're really obvious. i think it's best to blend the angular pixelated egdes of dark patches for a more organic look.

  15. music was a little over the top. some of the choreographed sequences were weird, like the simultaneous missile launches. other than that, very enjoyable.

  20. There is no SSAO because the planes actually look really good. What looks like SSAO is just very well done details on the textures and the lighting at work.

  24. i'm not sure what you mean by dark halo. but i think it's pretty clear that the lighting condition between the real and ingame photo are very different.
  25. rain on cockpit canopy hi, i couldn't help but notice that rain splatter and trickling isn't featured in the game. it would be nice to put the windshield and shkval wiper to good use. my proposal is to make an animated rain droplet overlay on the glass whenever there is rain. the size and frequency of the droplet could depend on the severity of the storm. i seem to recall varying degrees(number 1 to 9) for the storm condition under weather settings. another way to do it could be to use shaders. this is a good video of this kind of rain effect. the direction of rain trickls and splashes also changes dynamically depending on aircraft's movement: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=okFdNM_l6_U
