this happens with nvidia gpu all the time. videoram failure forcing you to buy a new card. personally, i think it's a fault they "forgot" to fix so you can hurry up and buy their cards again.

so in order to make games work effectively with steam, developers must make a separate version that will perform just as well as the original, but with fragmented file structure. right...why the hell is steam so popular again? they can't even do binary patching.

i hope they update the ka50 with normal maps and cockpit shadows, but i don't think that's going to happen, to be honest. they'd basically have to redo the cockpit and the model.

game doesn't properly utilize multi core.

this is silly. they're just a company i patronized. i feel no loyalty to them.

basically, your targets are relayed to you via forward air controllers. this is simulated by the aerial photographs in mission briefing. then it's your job to find a good location to safely engage the enemy.

i'll only buy it if a good total conversion comes out. the first one was advertised as some beacon of pc gaming with sdk support, blah blah. well, there's about 3 or 4 real mods and slightly over a dozen custom levels. lackluster to say the least. the gameplay itself is horrendous. typical shoot em up.
