Campaign for DCS OH-58D: "Through the desert dust"
PapaFlo replied to YoYo's topic in DCS: OH-58 Kiowa
Hi YoYo, I have managed to get the mission to work by a small change in the mission editor (hidden in spoiler tab): Mission 3 is really great fun. Would be a shame to skip. Thank you for your amazing work and now back to mission 4 of this awesome campaign. Cheers, Flo- 113 replies

Same problem here . No mods, still vehicles never move. The first 2 missions were really great, looking forward to fly the rest of the campaign. Cheers, Flo- 113 replies

Textures bug at canopy's edge when turn on the flashlight

still there in 2025... minor, but ugly -
I ran into the same problem, but the trick with fast forwarding didn't help

well... I'm not sure, what happened or if it was really intended. The holding the "holding-the-brake-lever-feature" stopped working. Now it works just like a regular brake lever but smoother and needs a little more force than other grips. Maybe my unexpected feature was just some malfunction or a left over metal shaving or something strange. I will contact virpil support the clarify the intended function of the brake lever. Still no info on the virpil website or the official forum. Looks kind of weird, but worked really well as long as it did. As I was not expecting this feature, not a big loss, but still kind of sad about it. I will let you know, as soon as I got an answer from virpil. Back to your original question - it did klick into place after a noticeable resistance and it needed a little push to unlock it.

Just got my Flanker Grip - and I'm really impressed. The wait was absolutely worth it. Buttons are very tactile, the grip feels heavy but is surprisingly light weight. The brake handle has a stop function to hold it in braking position - I was not aware of this, when I ordered the grip. This is great in the HIP and the HIND, but this also makes warming up the engine of a spitfire really easy. I have to say, this may be my favorite feature so far. Enough writing, back to flying. Cheers, Flo

Hi there, sorry, I'm a bit late to the party. Any chance you can put the link back online? I would really like to test this texture. Thx and best regards, Flo
