unclear coldstart procedure A user at discord complained today that the coldstart at page 167/168 could be a little bit unclear/incomplete. I asked him to put it into the forum but he dont like to do, so i promised to do it for him. Here we go: Perform Engine Start • Make sure that throttle is in STOP position and that DON’T START and INV. 3x36V FAIL signals are off. • Start Sapphire-5 APU, for that simultaneously press stopwatch button and TURBO button for 1-2 seconds. • Listen if APU has started and move sight to the caution & advisory lights panel, after 23-24 seconds, TURBINE STARTER signal flashes on. Now the engine can be started. • Press ENGINE button • After 3 – 6 seconds from the moment button was pressed move the throttle to the IDLE position [RAlt + Home]. The red line was added by me, it is not in the manual. For me it was clear, that i have to press ENGINE button, but some user may be confused.

Simracing könnte man noch mit einbauen, mit Jet-Überflügen vor dem Start und Hubschraubern die von oben filmen...

Ich hab bisher mit h2testw die besten Erfahrungen gemacht.

Ich hoffe, die Jungs sind wieder auf der Simracing Expo und haben das Ding im Gepäck, würde es auch gerne mal testen.

DCS 2.5.2.19682 ist die Release-Version, die Yak ist aber erst nur in der Beta verfügbar.

Die VR Lens Lab hatte ich auch, würde ich persönlich nie wieder holen, die Befestigung funktioniert so gut wir gar nicht. Bin dann auf https://widmovr.com/product/oculus-rift-prescription-lenses-adapter/ umgestiegen und bin damit bestens zufrieden.

Great work, BB. Is it possible to share the 3D datas for the buttons? I try to build the UFC and, if it work, maybe more. Which buttons did you use for the numberblock? Can you give us some tips how to program it in DCS? Its my first try to build a contoller for dcs, i just have some experience with a simracing buttonbox and the arcaze board. Thank you, Chris

Ich hab es gerade mal getestet, die Schalter sind klickbar, aber nicht mehr da, wo sie es sein sollten. Wie auf dem Bild zu sehen, ist der Klickpunkt für den Batterieschalter jetzt oben links über dem Radar. Im Fenstermodus passt alles, sobald man mit ALT+Enter auf Vollbild geht passt leider nichts mehr.
