Yep - the last 20 or so in the Feb batch are shipping tomorrow! (Tue 23rd) Should be with you Wednesday
-
Yes! All of the Feb batch is on track to ship by the end of the month, #5724 should be shipping mid next week. We are currently taking order for half way through the March batch, so your order should be shipping around the week of March 22nd. Once sent, shipping to Russia takes around 2-4 weeks.
-
No worries - the long lead time is mainly caused by the backlog of orders we need to make. We can make around 200 units per month - but we currently have 170 outstanding orders needing to ship By the time we have made them, another few hundred orders have been placed, so it takes time to get the number down. It is slowly coming down - I really want to get it near zero outstanding at some point this year. We always try to have all parts in stock for outstanding orders, so we shouldn’t have extra delays from parts availability issues. I hope that helps.
-
Currently waiting time is aprox 30 days, so yours should be shipping around late Feb! We are working hard to get the wait down as much as possible - I really want to have stock at some point this year
-
Thank you for your order! Once sent, delivery to France takes around 1-3 weeks. All shipping is still very busy so the time things are taking is a bit random at the moment.
-
I don't offer any discount unfortunately- I charge what I think is a fair price but also well compensates me for the amount of time I spend on them. It would be unfair to offer discounts to some individuals and not others. I hope you understand (but fair play for trying )

Most likely the push through detents are causing some sort of problem. Buttons 29 and 30 are not actually real switches. They are virtual buttons triggered at specific throttle positions as determined during the calibration. If everything isn’t to the throttles liking and the grips aren’t where it expects then all sorts of weird things can happen. Do you have the original detent you can install for the calibration?
-
That is usually caused by a calibration problem. Make sure you have cleared any Windows calibration, and then try to calibrate the throttle again using the tool from my website. Be careful to move the throttle to the OFF, IDLE and MAX positions when asked. If you have any custom detents or afterburner lifts installed you may need to remove them for the calibration.

The new the sensor will only fit in the slew sensor position unfortunately :( It's too big / the hole in the thortle is too small for it to fit elsewhere
-
That looks like another axis might be interfering. Have you connected any new devices recently? I would have a check in the controller menu to make sure there is only the one axis set to the slew.
-
If you have purchased it new recently it should be up to date, the firmware version is a two digit number, the latest is version 23 (which is required for it to work) You can always just install the sensor and give it a try, if it works then it’s up to date. If not then you won't harm anything, it just won’t work with the new sensor until its updated or you go back to the old sensor. Best way to check the firmware version using TARGET or the Thrustmaster update tool - it displays the version number before committing to the update. PM or email me if you get stuck :)

There was someone on here who installed some soft foam inside/ around the hat part to achieve something similar. I’m not sure how that ended up, but could be worth a try if you’re looking for a stiffer feel? Found it: https://forums.eagle.ru/forum/englis...20#post5149820

Sorry to hear that, I have replied to your email but I will post hear as well in case it’s useful to anyone else. It sounds like something might have been done in the wrong order during the calibration, fortunately it’s nothing permanent and can usually be fixed very easily. Please try to run the calibration tool on the throttle again, but be careful to perform each step when it asks you to move the throttle to OFF, IDLE and MAX positions. The throttle will store these positions in memory, so if they are incorrect it won't have the proper range of motion, which will cause the issue you describe.

The waiting list is the same wherever you are (currently approx. 1 month). Once it's sent UK shipping is next day, worldwide is between 1-4 weeks depending where it's going :)
-
Glad to hear it’s installed and working for you  Unfortunately yes the update rate on the slew is lower than the other axes. The throttle firmware is limited to updating it at approximately 10Hz which was the maximum rate the old sensor could output. Usually it only really noticeable in test programs. Once in game it’s hard to notice a big difference compared to the other axes so it’s not usually a problem. I hope that helps!

Awesome, that’s great to hear!

Unfortunately you're not alone, there are a number of orders shipping in April/May that have still not arrived. For anyone interested, international shipping in normal carried almost exclusively as cargo on passenger flights. Due to Covid-19 there are hardly any flights so the is nowhere near enough air cargo capacity, so orders need to wait for ages to even get on a flight. Apparently USPS have even resorted to putting stuff in shipping containers and then on a ships the old way. Orders to the US for example normally fly to the closest international hub to the destination (NY/Chicago/LA/Seattle) but at the moment they are just going to whichever they can. Customs is them snowed under and probably understaffed, so it takes ages to clear. And then it still needs to be sent all the way across the counties in some cases. Everything will get through eventually, there should be more air capacity coming in June which will help. Patience is key

If you’re not sure I would go with the square to start with, that gives you the maximum range of movement and full use of the axis. The round is a little more realistic for some aircraft, and also more similar to a normal game pad. It also allows you to swing all the way around the outside more smoothly with hitting the corners, but at the cost of some range of motion on the diagonals. Give them both try and see what you prefer, there is really no right or wrong :)

Anyone has their WH throttle mini joystick die?
Deltaalphalima1 replied to Legendofdino's topic in Thrustmaster
Did it only stop working in game or is it also not working in the Windows controller test menu? Also when you reinstalled the old sensor you will normally need to run the calibration tool again with that installed to get it working. It sounds like you have one of the very early units, do you know your order number or the unit serial number (on the pink bag it came in)? -
Usually that’s a calibration issue, please make sure you have done all of the following: 1: Clear any existing Windows calibration in the game controller menu by going to Set up USB game controller >> Throttle HOTAS Warthog >> Settings >> Reset to Default >> Apply >>OK 2: Calibrate with the Thrustmaster calibration tool – make sure you are using the latest version for the Thumbstick from my website (https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0011/5602/2282/files/Thumbstick_Sensor_Calibration_Tool.zip?11593063595637542780) This procedure is also listed on page 11 of the manual. When running the calibration tool it’s only necessary to push the sensor until it just reaches the edge of its travel, there is no need push it with any force further than that. Hopefully that should get it working, if you're still having issues send me a PM or an email and there are a few more things we can try :)
-
I'm working on it, should be available to purchase in the next few months (damn virus slowing things down) Attached preview pick of the old one and my new prototype:
-
Do you mean its drifting when at centre, or something else? If it’s drifting it's usually something gone wrong with the calibration. Double check you have cleared Windows calibration, and rerun the calibration tool, making sure to move the slew control to maximum in each direction, but to just touch the edge stop. There is no need use any force once at the end or travel. If you are still having issues drop me an email or PM and we will get it working :)
-
Most likely it is waiting in customs. They can sometimes spend a week or two there at the best of times, and there have been some long delay with everything going on at the moment. Patience is key, it will get through eventually :)

Looking great! So glad that thing found a good home, although slightly regretting not getting it myself when I had the chance :) Can’t wait to see more  -
Yeh that can happen on older throttle with short wires, glad to hear you were able to get it working
