As others have said it sounds like a wire or connector isn’t working as it should be, so the switch information isn’t getting to the main throttle PCB. Is the pov hat on the throttle working normally? Or is it just the 12 buttons? Feel free to drop me a PM or email if you need some more help :)

Yes still on track for May, in fact most of the May batch has already shipped early :) International shipping has had some delays, but other than that everything is still going to plan.

Usually international shipping is 1-3 weeks, but with the current situation some are taking longer then normal, up to a month in some cases :( Patience it key :)

#3440 is one of the last few in the April batch, which should be finished this week :)

Just a quick progress update for everyone: I am currently around half way through shipping the orders from the March batch. The next order to ship is #3207 up to #3317 for the March batch. I’m slightly behind where I wanted to be this month with orders due to some parts that have been slightly delayed, but these should be here this week and then I can continue shipping. Worst case I might overrun slightly into the first week of April. We are quite well prepared to deal with any Covid-19 related issues in the next few weeks/ months. I don't anticipate any major issues and I will keep shipping orders as long as the international postage keeps running. I expect many countries, especially in Europe, may experience some delays with shipping times above the usually 2-3 weeks. So please be patient if this could affect you. If anyone wants there order to be held and to ship out at a later date then just send me an email and I can look into that for you. Thanks!

I have not officially announced it yet, but I have been working on a replacement sensor for the cougar throttle over the last few months (using the same senor from my warthog upgrade on a new PCB) Hopefully it will be ready in the next few months :)

If the button is not working in the windows app then it sounds like an issue with the new sensor rather than anything software of game related. The most likely reason is the cable has been damaged or come loose during shipping or installation. I would recommend to carefully check the cable to the new sensor and the plugs at either end for any damage or loose connections, and then reconnects it the other way around from the way it is now (end that was in the throttle in sensor and vice versa). That way you know all the connections have been re-seated. Hopefully that should get it working for you, if not let me know.

I’m currently up to shipping #2735. Orders shipping in January will be #2735 - #2915 #2916+ will be shipping February. There are still spots left for the February batch, but I expect I will be moving to the March batch before the end of the year.

I don’t have any to hand unfortunately but you should be able to find them locally by searching for "self tapping plastic screw" or similar. Sizes are: Small: Metric: 2.5mm x 8mm Imperial: No. 2 x 1/4 inch Long: Metric: 4mm x 40mm Imperial: No. 8 x 1 1/2 inch The metric and imperial sizes are very close and I’m not sure which one is actually correct, but they should both work since they are only going into plastic.

Absolutly! The entire November batch has now shipped - currently up to shipping order #2583. I’m hoping to ship all of the December batch (up to order #2725) by the end of this month. I will be taking a well earned break over Christmas, plus learning from last year anything shipped in December won't get anywhere very quickly anyway! The January batch will be then be shipping as planned in January.

If I remember correctly the RPM of the A10 maxes out at 87% - but it’s been a while, can anyone else confirm? Could that be the issue? The other main thing I would check is that you have cleared any existing Windows calibration and that the throttle axis is reaching the maximum values. If you take a look at the in-game controller menu and make sure the throttle axis is reaching all the way to the end on the graph.

#2561 is on track to ship in the next couple of weeks! The website should be fine, it’s all up and running on me end, let me know if you keep having issues :)

I know there is an issue in the A-10C TGP sometimes where it will briefly stop moving. There was a discussion about it a few pages back. Someone suggested it was modelling the stabilisation of the camera moving to catch up with frame - which sounds plausible. I'm not sure about the F-15, have you checked if everything is working properly in a different program (game controller menu or different testing software). If it does then it will just be a feature of the F-15.

Sounds like it’s probably got held up in LA customs. Occasionally if you get unlucky they will sit there for a week or so, but from the tracking it looks like it should get to you soon :).

Are you selecting the "HOTAS Slew Horizontal/Vertical" (above the pitch and roll)? The "TDC Slew (mouse)" is only an option for using your mouse and can't be used as a joystick axis.

This - but you need to press the "ADD" button and then move the axis to select it. The "Assign Axis" button dosen't do what you would expect...

Great to hear it’s still working perfectly. The force sensors really are great. Basically no moving parts so nothing to wear out – I would be surprised if they didn’t outlast the life of the throttle. Hopefully it should give you may more years of use. If you felt crazy buying one, imagine how crazy I felt buying 30 sensors from the other side of the world off eBay, but it seems to have worked out in the end :D

Yes the order numbers start at #1000, so it is less but still plenty :). I still have a full time day job so this is just a nice sideline :D
