KG12. Легендарная Knuppelgriff легендарного Messerschmitt Bf 109. С неё началась целая линейка ручек управления самолётом, пережившая множество модификаций и остававшаяся на вооружении несколько десятков лет. Неудивительно, что мы выбрали именно KG12 для нашего джойстика Gladiator. Со временем - как и реальный оригинал - наша KG12 подверглась глубокому дизайнерскому и инженерному переосмыслению. И вот она вернулась, на этот раз на джойстике Gladiator NXT. Храня верность этой модели знаменитой ручки, мы выражаем своё уважение всей эпохе поршневой авиации. Несмотря на модификации и ре-дизайн, новая KG12 остаётся репликой. Она, мы уверены, сумеет донести до виртуального пилота дух прошедших славных лет. Мы сделали всё что могли, чтобы передать вам максимально реалистичное ощущение пилотирования поршневого самолёта. Принимайте: новая ручка управления самолётом VKB KG12. Внешне: При прежней высоте - полнее и корпулентнее. Материал - высококачественный, более прочный и стойкий промышленный пластик - значительно улучшенный по сравнению с предыдущей версией. Насечка на боках для более удобного хвата. Твист-адаптер даже в базовом исполнении. На ручке выросла дополнительная нижняя гашетка (или рычаг тормоза), посредством которой нажимается нижняя кнопка. Появилась также новая кнопка на боку, а также улучшенный магнитный фиксатор основной откидной гашетки. Хатка под большой палец теперь получила обновлённый колпачок с более удобным профилем. Ходы хатки оптимизированы под анатомию и эргономику естественных движений большого пальца при всех положениях ручки. Внутри: Просто ВСЁ иное. Дизайн внутренностей ручки пришёл к KG12 от наших ручек высшего уровня. Бескабельная компоновка на основе соединяемых печатных плат. Уверенность в надёжности контактов. Длинноходные тихие кнопки настоящего японского качества Alps. Но Что ещё важнее KG12 ПРИШЛА НЕ ОДНА. Новая KG12 выходит на рынок в комплекте с долгожданным "поршневым" РУДом (ручкой управления двигателем). Голова этой ручки так уверенно заполняет руку, как будто сделана по мерке и на заказ. Шесть кнопок на голове РУДа: две на передней поверхности, две под большим пальцем, и ещё две под качалкой на торце (на оригинальной ручке кнопок было только две). РУД для поршневой авиации доказывает приверженность разработчиков VKB принципу модульности: структурно и композиционно это - модуль, сделанный для уже существующего модуля GNX THQ. Простыми словами: решив приступить к полётам на поршневых (или гражданских) самолётах, или в малой авиации, вы можете сами установить новую ручку-бочку на ваш THQ и заменять её в процессе использования. Но конечно ярче всего она будет сиять в сетапе с ещё одним GNX THQ, тогда вы сможете моментально переходить с одного типа самолётов на другой. KG12 и новый РУД образуют прекрасную гармоничную пару. Приобрести их можно как по отдельности, так и набором. Пожалуйста познакомьтесь с несколькими вариантами конфигураций, которые мы собрали чтобы показать вам. KG12. The legendary Knuppelgriff of the legendary Messerschmitt Bf 109. It started a whole family of plane control grips and underwent a host of modifications during decades it was in service. No wonder it was KG12 that years ago we chose for our Gladiator joystick. Like the original, our KG12 has gone through heavy re-designing and re-engineering. Now it is back, mounted on Gladiator NXT. Sticking to this famous grip model we pay our respect to the whole era of piston aircrafts. No matter how re-designed it is, it is still a replica, and as such it delivers the carefully preserved spirit of the times gone. We tried hard to make sure you have the most immersive gaming experience with this grip. Now, here it cometh, the New VKB KG12 grip. Outside: Beefier. Made of better, higher grade, more durable and more solid industrial grade plastic. With rugged sides. With a stock twist adapter. It grew an extra trigger/brake lever over a lower button, a new button on the side, and got a better magnetic lock for the main flip trigger. Its thumb hat is smarter now, with a differently sculpted top, and ergonomically correct movements. Inside: A world of difference. Internal design borrowed from our top class grips. All VKB trademark cable-free layout. Sturdily interconnected PCBs for extremely stable glitch-free performance. Uncompromising top quality original Japanese silent long travel Alps buttons. But What is more Is that IT DOESN'T COME ALONE. The New KG12 is coming with a long-awaited WWII throttle control. This barrel-shaped grip head sits in your hand like it was there forever. Six buttons: two on the front side, two under the thumb, and two under the ends of the rocker for manual prop pitch control. (The original only sported two). This throttle control grip proves VKB takes modularity seriously: structurally, it is a module for a module, and comes as an accessory for already well established GNX THQ. You got it right - it is a user-installable and user-replaceable accessory. You can fit your existing THQ with this grip head, and start flying piston planes (or civil airplanes, or GA, if you choose to). However it shines the brightest when it is lined up with another THQ; this way you can choose the plane you fly. KG12 and the new throttle grip head make a great match, and can be purchased separately or as a set. Please take your time checking out these several configurations we assembled for you. However for those strong of heart and experienced in overclocking our engineers created a firmware possibility to have TWO virtual controllers on board of one physical GNX-HID USB controller. Example: your configuration includes 10 axes and 50 buttons. In this case, the first virtual controller will take care of 8 axes plus 50 buttons; the second one will host the remaining 2 axes (and 0 buttons, as it is only possible to migrate axes between virtual controllers – buttons always stay on the first one). This firmware enhancement may not work in some games; if it doesn't work in your game of choice you will need to get one more physical GNX-HID USB controller. GNX EcoSystem Accessories Plastic spacer If you have already stuck the non-slip rubber feet to the bottom of your modules, but later decided to fix the module with a screw, a spacer will remove the gap between the module bottom and the surface thus allowing rigid and reliable fixing. Intermodular Reinforcing Plate Serves for more strong and rigid connection between the parts of your GNX assembly. You must use it if you have 3 or more interconnected modules. Module to GNX base (L) Reinforcing Plate Serves for more strong and rigid connection between the extension module and the GNX base, if the module is connected to the left side of the base. You must use it if you have 3 or more interconnected modules. Module to GNX base (R) Reinforcing Plate Serves for more strong and rigid connection between the extension module and the GNX base, if the module is connected to the right side of the base. Use it if you have 3 or more interconnected modules. BUS (Type-C)-(Type-C) Interface Cable Connects vertical modules to table top ones. Cоздан в первую очередь для поршневых самолётов 20 века и малой авиации, но моментально найдёт себе применение в кокпите реактивного джета или космического корабля. Варианты применения - бесконечны. Проблемы совместимости? - Забыть. THQ работает отдельно, или вместе с любым устройством любого производителя - было бы только USB-гнездо. Но конечно, всем понятно, что устройство в первую очередь создавалось для линейки GNX. И именно в составе устройств линейки GNX и в сочетании с остальными модулями расширения открывается весь потенциал THQ. 8 кнопок. 3 оси. Регулируемые по длине/высоте рычаги. Сменные головы рычагов. Фирменные фрикционы ВКБ помогут вам настроить усилие по своему вкусу. Чуть не забыл. Если ваш самолёт оснащён двенадцатью моторами, вам достаточно объединить четыре THQ в систему, и можете летать. Можно даже не ставить их в ряд один к другому, ведь THQ поставляется в горизонтальной и вертикальной версиях. Вертикальный THQ предназначен для крепления на специальном кронштейне, о котором чуть ниже. Рядом с THQ идёт SEM, Side Extension Module. Ваш способный помощник, который всегда под рукой, готовый предоставить в ваше распоряжение все 24 кнопки (или, если вам так удобнее, 17 кнопок и 2 оси). Две качалки с центральными кнопками. Они... они рулят. Вы оцените их удобство с первой минуты знакомства. Качалки настолько удобны для управления вслепую, что ошибиться, даже в очках ВР, или на ощупь, практически невозможно. По умолчанию сконфигурированные как трёхпозиционные переключатели, они могут быть превращены в виртуальные оси. Нажимая на края, вы уменьшаете или увеличиваете значение параметра, а средней кнопкой сбрасываете его в ноль или на дефолт. Светодиоды - разумеется, программируемы. 4-позиционный переключатель. Никогда не окажется лишним. Некоторые кнопки защищены рельефной рамкой, призванной не позволить пользователю нажать их по ошибке. Наши испытатели налетали сотни часов, и их вердикт был единогласным: рамки удобнее защитных крышек. На модуле SEM - два рычага. Присмотримся к ним. Один - управление посадочными системами, второй - закрылками. Оба работают в режиме переключателей. Но не всё, не всё так просто. Откройте заднюю крышку блока. Вы увидите... СЪЁМНЫЕ ДЕТЕНТЫ. Уберите их - и переключатель станет осью. Не хотите оси, но хотите иное количество щелчков-детентов? Легко. Смените планку детента. Два или три щелчка на рычаг управления шасси, и от двух до четырёх - на закрылки. Понятно, что называть его рычагом управления закрылками будет уже неуместно, поэтому мы назвали его многофункциональным осевым переключателем. Но имя не важно. Важно, что свои устройства вы конфигурируете сами. Под себя. Одна линейка GNX. И целая экосистема - целый полнофункциональный кокпит на вашем столе (хотя устройства этого семейства могут быть размещены и на кронштейнах Stronghold). Останется положить на пол педали, и ваш игровой мир у ваших ног. Естественно, что как и THQ, SEM совместим со всем на свете, а также способен работать как отдельное устройство. SEM также выполняется в двух версиях, горизонтальной и вертикальной. Выбор ваш. И собственно, почему бы не выбрать обе... Следующий модуль - FSM, передняя панель переключателей. Отнеситесь к ней как к органайзеру, который не перепутает полётные параметры. Как вышколенный секретарь. Разница одна: FSM не сварит кофе. Мы поработаем над этим, и возможно, в следующих прошивках... но это не точно. В общем, FSM - это надёжная панель переключателей и коммутации. Точка. Любители малой авиации наверняка полюбят её в первую очередь, но мне лично непонятно, почему бы этого не сделать и остальным пилотам. Четвёртый модуль - это собственно по-простому говоря, держалка. Или MFH - многофункциональный кронштейн. Название заслужено. Кронштейн будет держать не только то, для чего он и создан - модули THQ, SEM и FSM. Это было бы слишком очевидно, а значит - недостаточно ВКБшно. Он способен надёжно удерживать и смартфоны, планшеты, клавиатуры... пиво? - нет, пива нет. Итак. Устройства линейки GNX могут быть собраны в невероятное количество разных сетапов - больше тысячи. Мы отняли из этого числа заведомо абсурдные комбинации, и у нас получилось более 600. Найти их все мы предоставляем вам. Но достаточно тизерить. К делу. Эти. Четыре модуля. Готовы. В продаже с 20 октября. (На фотографиях вы можете увидеть не только упомянутые в анонсе модули, но и готовящиеся к выпуску. Они тоже увидят свет, когда мы их полностью к этому подготовим). Помните. С устройствами ВКБ эта Вселенная - ваша. Несколько слов в заключение. Неоднократно мы говорили и писали, что мы не устраиваем "организованных утечек" и не распускаем слухи. Когда нам есть что сказать нашим пилотам, мы говорим это прямо и глядя в глаза. Мы достаточно хорошо храним секреты - нас этому научили. Но недавно пираты сумел получить информацию о наших разработках окольным способом, похитив и вскрыв плазменный мозг робота-носильщика, работавшего с багажом ВКБ в карго-отделении космопорта на далёкой малоизвестной планете. Естественно, отряд нашей стражи немедленно начал погоню за наглецами, но после минутного размышленья мы решили махнуть рукой. Ведь информация, которой они завладели, уже не секpет. Судите сами:

They are marching in. THQ - an incredibly customizable device with truly unique versatility. Created primarily with WWII warbirds and GA in mind, but will instantly fit in any jet cockpit or spacecraft control bridge. Limitless. Compatibility problems? Forget it. THQ will work alone, or with any device of any brand as long as there is a USB connection. This said, of course it is primarily created with the GNX line in mind. It is in combination with other GNX devices and extension modules that THQ will fully open all its potential. 8 buttons. 3 axes. Adjustable height of all levers. Interchangeable lever heads. VKB trademark clutch on all axes to suit your choice of load. Oh I forgot. You really need THQ if for some reason your airplane has 12 engines... because you can put as many as 4 THQs together. You don't even need to place them side by side in a line, because THQ comes in horizontal and vertical versions, the latter to be supported by a special holder (read on, it's below). Side by side with THQ is SEM, Side Extension Module - a mighty helper that is always at hand, ready to be at your service with all its 24 buttons (or, if you so configure, 17 buttons and 2 axes). Two rocking K-switches. They rock, because it's the way they work, and boy they rock because they are so tactile you simply can't mistake them when flying in VR, or simply operating your controls blindly. Originally, 3-button switches, they can be turned into virtual axes. Depressing the ends would in-/decrease the value, while the central button would return everything back to default/zero. LEDs - programmable, sure. A 4-pos rotary. Always coming in handy. Some buttons are protected by elevated rims so you won't push them by mistake. Our testers spent hundreds of hours flying, and their verdict was unanimous: rims are better than flip covers. There are two levers... one marked as Landing Gear, and the other - Flaps. Both levers work as switches. However. If. You. Open the back cover. You will see REMOVABLE DETENTS. Take them out, and these switches will become axes. Don't want axes but want a different number of detents? - replace the detent bar. Two or three detents on gear lever, two to four on flaps. Easy. You configure your device. One GNX line turns in fact into a full ecosystem, a complete fully functional cockpit on your desk (however these devices can also be placed on Stronghold supports). All you need is T-rudder pedals under the desk, and the whole gaming world is at your feet. Definitely, same as the THQ, the SEM is compatible with everything, as well as capable of working as a standalone device. SEMs are also made in horizontal and vertical versions, and the choice is yours. Why not get both, in fact. Then, comes the FSM. Front Switchboard Module. Just take it as your personal organizer that would manage your flight like a skilled secretary (sorry it doesn't make coffee; maybe in later firmware updates but no firm promise). A solid switchboard whose name speaks for itself. General Aviation fliers will appreciate it the most, but honestly it's hard to believe others won't. The fourth module is in fact the holder bracket itself, a Multi Functional Holder (MFH).Not only it holds the units it is designed to hold - this would be too obvious and not VKB enough. Thanks to its smart design it provides sturdy support to smartphones, tablets, keyboards... no, beers - no. VKB controls of GNX family can be arranged in mind-blowing 1000+ combinations. Cutting off some absurd just-for-fun setups, we shortened this list to over 600. I leave it to you guys to try them all out. OK. Enough teasing. These. Four. Modules. Are ready. I would still insist on a more precise wording, like "Windows 10 on some machines doesn't like it". Because on the machines we use for testing the FWs everything is smooth and happy - otherwise we would never release the FWs into the world.

We test the FW on literally tens of computers with different OSs, including of course licensed Windows 10. If this warning appears on your computer there may be something wrong with security settings. Anyway, it is machine specific rather than firmware bug.
