Thank you. I have resorted to downloading say 3-4 modules at a time. This seems to have worked well enough to get them all in. I have also noticed, while trying to load modules that there are times when the server cannot be reached and I get a message to that affect, but I manage to connect on a second attempt. What do you think that might be? I really appreciate your message...thanks again.

Yes, absolutely no difference at all. I have run a speed check on my ISP, should have up to 100MB/s. As i said before, All my other games/simulators, and i have quite a few, i can download in a few hours MSFS 2020 took 5 hours to download. I am still downloading DCS World a day and a half later......

I feel for you Ironhand, I really do. I tried to get some advise from the Facebook forum but all I got was mockery and abuse. I am currently downloading the modules in batches of twos and threes. I tried it all at once, leaving it overnight and for the period that I was at work, (9.5 hours) only to find that it had binned me off the server. Doesn’t seem like anyone is willing to show any sympathy.

I am currently downloading DCS World Open Beta again after having issues with drive space. I am using the standard DCS Updater and i am currently getting only 1.5 MB/s download speed. I know this is not an internet issue as all my other downloads to date have been reasonably fast. At this rate, it will take nearly 24 hours to download the base program. Is there anything that can be done to speed things up?

I have notived that there is no facility to bind the kneeboard for the Yak to any flight controller except for the mouse. Does anyone else who flies this module have the same issue, or is it just me? Will there be any chance of a fix in the future? Thanks

What sort of training missions will we be getting, if any and will we be getting a closed cockpit training flight?

OK, Flappie, thanks a billion for your input. The clock was right on my computer, but for some reason, the date was like 5 days fast for some bazaar reason.....lol. This has fixed my issue, cheers.

After installing/Uninstalling and reinstalling this game, and i mean both the stable and Beta version. After a few hours of play and a few major crashes where the computer has completely shut down and restarted, i am confronted by this Code 500 error. I am told that the licences for my modules have expired and are no longer valid. Has anyone come across this failure before and possibly have a solution. I have tried both quick and slow repair with very little or no success. I am not presented with a failure log file, so i cannot attach it for consideration. Please help Paul Francis

Anomolies Not so much bugs but anomalies in the cold and dark A-10C II. I notices while doing a cold and dark start that certain switches are now set to on at start. Oxygen is now on. Wing and Main booster pumps are now on at start. The Fuel display selector was selected to Wing. I don’t want to complain too much as at the end of the day, it’s up to the pilot....ie me to do a switch check. Good practice I guess but just wondered if anyone else had noticed changes in cockpit switch positions?

MB339 and DCS World I'm really glad to see that the MB-339 has now received the backing of ED i really enjoy flying this plane. However, i have found that there is a conflict between the Aeromacci MB-339PAN and the Su-57 Felon by CubanAce Simulations. These two modules don't get on well together, unless anyone else has any other experiences with this, I'd like to hear from them.

C-101CC problem Update Well, would you believe it, as it happens, the unauthorised mods were the cause. Which one, I don't know as I removed them all, but now i am happy as i can fly the CC now. Thanks again to both of you for helping me out, I appreciate it.

C-101CC problem Update Ok. So i tried a long and short repair path of DCS Open Beta, the only version i have installed, no joy. I tried removing the module and reinstalling it, no luck. I have even tried removing the NS430 from the aircraft, but it still does the same thing. I'm beginning to think that there is a problem with my system, but why does it only effect certain modules, in my case the MB339 and the C-101CC?... All other modules function in whatever environment i put them in, just not these two....

Ok Vibora, i'll give that a go. If this fails to produce any results, i'll try removing the module and reinstalling it. I'll keep you posted. Thanks again

C-101CC problem Update Ok, so i have created a new mission, the only two planes on the map are the C-101EB and the C-101CC. Both module variants are about the same, same loadout same cockpit settings. They both have the NS430 installed in the rear cockpit. The EB works, the CC doesn't. I have uploaded a miz file for both of you guys to try. I'm just not understanding why one works and the other doesn't. Nellis Ground Attack School.miz Cheers guys for all you support.

Module causes DCS to stop responding on mission start-up. EB variant works ok

This has only happened since the update, it was working perfectly prior to. Also, I can no longer fly the L-39ZA, it has disappeared. :(

A-10C external lights In addition to the previous messages, with the pinkie switch to the rear, the Nav. lights do not flash when selected. They stay on steady but go dim/bright when selected. I am running on beta so I don't know if this may possibly be the reason.
