Both F/A-18 and F-16 are milestones in military aviation field. Both for USAF and US-Navy but even for a lot of Country in the world. So I think it's important to have both of them in DCS World. I'll buy it since the first minute ED will release the pre-purchase option. According to my opinion this airplane should be in the virtual hangar of each virtual pilot. :thumbup:

Best Controller For F-18 and F-14 The Hotas Warthog is the perfect controller for A-10 but can also be adapted to several other aircrafts. This thanks to its flexibility and number of switches. Moreover, in TM they think to use it as a modular platform and then insert, for example, an F-18 Grip. At the moment, however, there are no certain news. I should say Thrustmaster Hotas Warthog for the following reasons. It’s a standard, it has a great flexibility, it’s solid, smooth, hard and cool. There are switches like real life. F-14 and F-18 are both twin engine fighers just as the TM Warthog throttle. It has phisical Idle detent for both engine just as the real life. You can performe Cold Start with a great experience. It values each money spent on it. There are even other wonderfull solutions from VirPil and VKB but You have written for F-14 and F-18 so it’s better to think to Hotas Warthog. F-16 is unmissable in DCS World.. It's a mile stone and still essential for military aviation of whole world. So in the last official ED Video we can see the unmistakable silhouette of the "Viper".. :thumbup: In 2018 ED has released a lot of important upgrades for aircraft, maps and a lot of work has been done to take this wonderfull product as near as possible to the real life.. still more near. For the future I could dream to have an F-15E Strike Eagle (starting from the C version existing in DCS). (After the F-16 obviously). All planes of FC3 are incredible aircrafts.. both USA & Russian aircrafts. So I dream to have the version with interactive cockpit of these. While for the attack helicopters we have the KA-50 and SA 342 Gazelle. So we could dream, one day, to have the two iconic helicopters named: AH-64 LongBow and Mi-24 Hind. If we want to dream let's do it at the highest level... :smilewink: For now thank's to ED team for what they are doing for simulators world. You all are a FIVE STARS Team! :thumbup:

Yes, I believe the problem is commercial strategy. However the TM logic of having a modular Hotas is valid. It is a pity not to have news on this F-18 Grip also because the Warthog is the most widespread hotas as we have seen. The Warthog throttle is very flexible to multiple uses ... both twin-engine and single-engine. The grip is perfect for the A-10 and also for the F-16. With the new Grip you could optimize the control of F/A-18 and AV-8B. So it would have been nice to have been able to buy this product. It could also be adapted to the various DCS modules. The strange thing is that the TM F -18 Grip was announced, has been shown on several occasions but to date no official news seems to come from TM. What Hapenned The Thrustmaster F-18 Stick I’ve never used this controller. I always have used TM.. even Hotas Cougar in the passed days. Thank you very much.. amazing picture.. so I think I’ll use still my warthog hotas and than I’ll take this grip for the F/A-18 that it’s alreary, even in Early Alpha, an incredible module. I think this DCS World is a project wich needs the best hardware we can.. everything near as much as possible to the real life. News about F/A-18 Grip by TM? I own HOTAS Warthog and so this is the first choice.. Without news from TM I’ll check some other options for the wonderfull F/A-18C. This great product needs a great controller.. :thumbup:

In this beautifull cockpit picture I see that tha color is a "solid green".. so it's better when on a moving map. I think, if is it possible, Razbam Team could change the actual Yellow-Green color into a Total Green color so we will obtain a better contrast and at the end a color much near to the real one.

Wonderfull... few days and we'll have the new map... so, just 7 days later and we'll fly with this incredible module... It's a very great moment for simulation... :thumbup: Thanks ED for all this...
