  1. I love using the hands but found it can be somewhat burdensome as well. Best I have come up with is using the tethers and then having rubber bands on my forearms to secure them from bouncing into my HOTAS and damaging either products. Seems to be working as a quick fix but at times gets caught up in the rubber bands when I need them back in a hurry. Sent from my SM-N950U using Tapatalk
  2. New to VR and just purchased the Oculus Rift S. I like the default controls for the Rift Hands but had some questions on how to customize them. 1.) Where is the control menu for the Rift Hands? 2.) Is there a default Mouse Right click? (For those switches you want to threw the other way) 3.)   5. See I think this is an issue. The Rb-15 is a longer range weapon but the warhead is under 500 lbs (440 lbs). The Rb-04 is a similar style warhead but contains almost 700 lbs of explosive. The Rb-04 should be out preforming the 15 in damage. Sent from my SM-N950U using Tapatalk
  6. I had to look up information again and saw that the RB-04 is a 660 lb (Imperial) Warhead. Which means it can do catastrophic damage to a war ships hull. That said, I have noticed the Rb-15 appear to do more damage in DCS which is only a 440 lb (Imperial) warhead. I saw a recent update to the Viggen stating they had recently changed the warheads of these weapons. I originally thought the RB15 had more, but was surprised to also see that the RB-04 should have more pop to it.

  8. If I attempt to load training maps or from campaign editor my game crashes. I have had luck connecting to multiplayer then exiting to main menu and then training map loads fine. Still no clue what is causing the crashes as not all multiplayer maps will allow me to load in and can immediately crash to desktop. ..on all crashes it is immediate return to desktop no crash report window and no left over running .exe files Sent from my SM-N950U using Tapatalk

    New to Liveries

  11. The orientations appear correct and the same to the AJS 37 template. The writing of the custom logos match up, but two of near same type of liveries for some reason do not line up and it seems that the wing texturing is also bunched up and not aligned correctly. I thought maybe it had to do with the .dds conversion but I am not so sure. :helpsmilie:
  12. I have followed a couple guides and been able to create a few liveries based off the AJS 37 template. I believe I have accurately made my files correctly and in the modelviewer they cover the aircraft but they do not match up accurately. You would think this would be an easy fix but the positioning in each .dds looks accurate to the template and other player created examples, but mine, are still having this issue..

    New to Liveries

    As title states, new to liveries and in the process of attempting my first AJS 37 livery but have a few questions. 1.) I noticed from the AJS livery template that the Left and Right or 1 and 2 files do not contain the same layers as the other file. Is there a reason for this? 2.) In the instructions that came with the template it labels only 5 different files that make up the AJS 37. However, I downloaded a few different player created ones and many of them include around 10 files including pilons and other files. Any reason for this? 3.) I was able to export several .dds files and was able to get it to show as a selectable livery in the modelviewer however the livery shows just solid white and no clue why..   14. Anyone else getting an issue with landing the Viggen at Sukuhumi? I notice at times my rear wheels with clip under the ground causing a popped tire type landing. I also notice at times the reverse thrust will not engage even though the front wheel is down. I am speculating it may be a water clipping issue at a low elevation of 44 feet. I don't seem to have this issue at Gadauta at 56 feet elevation. Sent from my SM-N950U using Tapatalk
  15. I have found that you can do this by the following.. Example: Create a Trigger Zone that smoke will come from (minimum allowed 16 feet radius). Create a zone where you want unit to enter to trigger smoke. Trigger 1: Condition - Flag = 10 Action - Smoke Marker Zone - (name of small 16ft radius zone) Trigger 2: Condition - Unit in Zone (trigger zone and condition can be set to part of group in zone, all of group, etc) Action - Flag On (10) ----------- My only issue with this is I can only get this to work once. If I try to make it continuous to mark zone on and off It will continuously and endlessly spawn the smoke over and over causing FPS drop near the smoke and huge smoke clouds. The Hotels' electro-magnetic seeker will image the frame as the designated target. It does not need to identify a picture to track. It locks in the image and center punches the image. So when it is fire, it is rifled, not tracking..

  18. As the title states, I am currently building a UFC and CDU for the A10. I purchased the panels from pcflights.com which they also sell individual tactile buttons. Has anyone have any experience which is better, individual buttons or a custom made board that fits the panel molds? Just trying to get feedback of what is cheaper versus maybe better quality..
