  1. Mate this is awesome, nice work. Just set it up for our server and it's great. Well done on the videos too a lot of hard work there! I assume for each instance I just have another flow and a ps2 file?

Has anyone got a stats export via a discord bot working with the SLmod stats, I found an node.js application, SL Bot, that is a couple of years old (that does this as a additional output) but don't want to invest time into trying to get it working if there is a more recent discord specific application. Any pointers in the right direction would be appreciated.

  5. Hi all I’ve set up a Vaicom Pro Community Discord server for community self help. I know there is a lot of experienced users around here and it would be great to get eveybody in there to provide help to new users getting setup. This is not an offical support channel just a place to help out your fellow users. It has a voice channel so you can talk people through issues and I’ve started uploading some basic tutorials on some of the harder concepts to grasp. Keywords Database and voice training.   6. Awesome software just got it running and it works really well. Just a question I can’t seem to find the answer to, can I just run one kneeboard? I can’t seem to find an option in the configuration menu. I’m probably looking right at it but can’t find it? Thanks
  7. Not at all, once you ground stabilise in ATRK you will be able to offset designate multiple targets for handoff to gps guided weapons. WIP I guess.
  8. Yes it won’t if you have an ATRK or PTRK you must right castle to clear the TRK then you can park it. Select another WP and Hit WPDSG and it will slew to the new WP. Not a good video but I recorded it coming back from the range without any weapons remaining. It just shows the 3 modes of tracking.
  9. Standby Instruments and IFEI I have had a bit of time off the build due to some ramping work commitments. I got to work on the mock up standby's and the IFEI, also did some work on the left panel switches. The Standby's don't need to be functional as when you fire up the jet you have the VR HMD on and you see that. Just make the pit look complete. the Buttons on the IFEI will be functional however the displays won't be. Standby's IFEI buttons to come The Pit state as of today. getting there! I have installed simshaker and a buttkicker mini concert under the MK14 Seat. really adds to the immersion now I've tuned it to match the installation. Seat cover and a fair bit of work to do on the seat. My next priority is wiring in the remaining switches and getting them working with DCS Bios.

  11. Working on the MK14 Seat I've kept working on the seat, adding some more detail and finishing the parachute container lid. Geometry is good and i'm messing around with seat cushions to make sure the eye height is correct. Routing the container top The Container lid complete fit used wider 6mm MDF to allow for the width of the headrest I plan to mould. Back in the cockpit for a test fly Seat Arm and manual release lever are next on the list while I wait for some panel plates.
  12. Just fired up my old Oculus CV1 and tried it. Seems to work well with no real issues other than the lighting. It has fixed the issue with frame rate bogging down after landing as well. It has completely smoothed out the sim for me. I think I'll fly with the CV1 for a while. Great find.
  13. Thanks mate, yes I’ll be adding switches. Also the Master mode panel will get switches. The gear lever and hook Handle are a way off. If at all? The seat is taking up a lot and time at the moment. Put its fun building it.
  14. Mk14 Seat Construction I started work on the MK14 Seat this weekend. Finally getting some headway. I've gone with MDF for most of the constriction but will use some Alubond for the Parachute Bin Lid and some detail panels. Once I get this painted I'll look to construct the Foam Backrest shape and get a seat cushion done up. Getting the Seat pan done Test fit, needed some angle adjustment and had to sort out the stability issue and integrate it with the stick assembly. Better fit and fixed the stability problem, started to add the Para bin assembly and checked the paint for Colour. Took it for a fly with some lounge cushions :) wife will be wondering :music_whistling: That's it, I will look to finish the seat over the next week or so, but have to move back to the panel soon. I'm really looking forward to the Standby's and IFEI addition.
  15. Pit Dimensions Attached is the basic Dimensions.All dimensions in mm. I found I had to vary some dimensions to make it fit with regard to the UFC. I'll add the UFC and HUD Frame detail when I get a chance. Hornet Pit Dimensions.pdf
  16. Hey Hollywood My F10 menu commands seem to be out of sync ie It gives the correct output in voice attack yet triggers the wrong F10 command in game. Is there some way to reset it? and get it back in sync. I should have mentioned this is on a MP server.

Update Update on the pit: Got to work on the HUD Combiner frames and assembly. now have it finished and though it is obviously no functional it makes the pit look very cool sitting the the study. Working the frames to hold the perspex. Checking the assembly and quick painting Perspex cut and checking the fit. realised I'll need adjustment screws (i guess that's why the real on has them ::) Couple of the finished HUD with the assembly fitted back into the cockpit. I'm in the process of finishing the detail non functional panels a couple in the last shot. Slowly getting there! COVID-19 is speeding up the process ;) @Noluck have a look at Tekcreations for the panels, really good workmanship.
  19. Little update, Adding some detail plates to the pit. The panels were the perfect size. I'm still waiting from switches! I think I'll give up and try and source locally COVID-19 is causing an impact on the build.

  22. Thanks for the reply Rik The difference is between Dedicated and hosted MP session. I didn’t set up a stand alone rendered server. Single player or hosted MP behaviour is correct, waiting for the flight lead to takeoff then the AI taxi is not. I gather it has something to do with the client state on entering the slot? I notice if you have engines running (start from parking hot) ATC will clear you for start up on entering the cockpit if the correct comm is preset on dedicated server.
  23. I'm getting the same thing, I think it is to do with the statics at the airfield (hence not happening on the carrier) also if AI are present on the airfield either uncontrolled or not. Hornet statics and C130 Statics cause the greatest hit on my system.
  24. Hi Rik Attached a basic 2 ship mission nothing else but the Client and an AI wingman. Kobuleti Tower is loaded on Comm 2 channel 1 Request taxi AI wont taxi until you call ready at the holding point (dedicated server) in Single player AI will taxi once you taxi past him after calling for taxi clearance.   25. I've noticed that AI wingmen on a dedicated server won't taxi until the client lead calls ready and is given a clearance to takeoff. The same mission run Single player or hosted on a non dedicated server works fine with AI taxing with the client lead after the taxi instructions are received and the lead starts to taxi. Minor Dedicated Server issue.
