I am totally shooting in the dark as I don't know how Vaicom is built and don't use SRS, but I believe they both share the export.lua file in saved games \ scripts. It might be worth making a copy of this file and then changing the order of the Vaicom and SRS lines around to see what happens. Sent from my SM-T835 using Tapatalk

I now understand - looking at your bottom screenshots there are a set of buttons at the bottom of the screen. Next to the Import Commands button is one that looks like a dot with a line next to it. Click on this and it will show you the multipart commands on separate lines and then you should see the real number you have. Once you have clicked on it the button should change to show 3 dots and 3 lines Sent from my SM-T835 using Tapatalk

That sounds right - if you use the FINISH button and then paste into notepad does it look like 900+ commands or 77 commands. If it looks like a lot, try copying from notepad and then pasting into the VA profile
-
How many commands does the Vaicom editor tab say you have?
-
That just means you are at one end or the other of the standard DCS kneeboard - using the next / previous page buttons will move you through this
-
OK - how are you trying to add the commands to the VA profile?
-
When you have pressed the FINISH button in Vaicom config, paste the results into Notepad - does the phrase my target appear in there more than once on its own (I have 'my Target' and 'What is my Target')?
-
If you are meaning the black squares that means you have Vaicom debug turned on
-
Do both of you use the SRS integration in Vaicom or run it separately? Sent from my SM-T835 using Tapatalk

All ships in the group being set to 127.5 has happened for a long time. It is the default frequency in the ME. Marking Moms as the first call usually sorts this as that is SC specific Sent from my SM-T835 using Tapatalk

Try closing both DCS and VA, remove the export.lua file in your saved games\scripts folder and then restart VA / Vaicom and then DCS

No, and it was well over a month before that Sent from my SM-T835 using Tapatalk While I don't use the Nvidia solution I did test it out of curiosity and it seemed to cope well with rock music coming out of my hifi speakers Sent from my SM-T835 using Tapatalk

I have just had a quick try with the Instant Action Case I mission on PG and it worked fine for me in the Hornet once I had remembered to tune the radio

I don't know how universal the problem is - i run a Rift S but use a headset with mic over it to avoid disturbing my family. You will need to daisy-chain your aircraft specific profiles to Vaicom. With the Vaicom profile selected in VA press the pencil icon, select the options button next to the profile name on the next screen, and then use include commands from these profiles on the next screen. Once this is done, VA will first check to see if it what you say is a Vaicom command and, if not, then check the other profiles in the order they are listed Vaicom's kneeboard is just an addition to the standard DCS kneeboard so you can add pdfs to that in the same way as before. I agree about the G2 - harder for Voiceattack as it knows nothing about the slunds from DCs etc. Glad it has made a difference for you Sent from my SM-T835 using Tapatalk

If you have an NVidia graphics card try NVidia noise removal (was RTX voice). Sent from my SM-T835 using Tapatalk

Game crashes randomly - mods are not the case!

I was only passing on the learning from other threads, but thank-you Sent from my SM-T835 using Tapatalk -
Not if the MSAA value is changed but the change does not take place until you restart

Won't complete startup after update

It might be worth running a repair on the DCS installation and then trying to start it again -
Did you restart DCS after changing the MSAA value?

Your logic is flawed - using mods can cause crashes but they are not the only cause of crashes. I don't use mods and had crashes on the second start of a mission. I followed the advice to rename the saved games Options.lua so DCS recreated it and then redid my DCS options (not the controller mappings) and this fixed it for me. Comparing the old and new versions of the options.lua file there were quite a few lines for new settings that were not in the old file. At some point when I get the time I will copy the old one back, try changing a setting and then saving to see if this places all the missing values in the file. Sent from my SM-T835 using Tapatalk

What machine do you have?

Are your Intel graphics drivers up to date? The dcs.log file shows an access violation associated with this (the lines in red below) I don't believe these drivers meet the minimum specification for DCS - do you also have a separate graphics card? 2021-04-20 13:32:39.343 INFO EDCORE: try to write dump information 2021-04-20 13:32:39.349 INFO EDCORE: # -------------- 20210420-133239 -------------- 2021-04-20 13:32:39.352 INFO EDCORE: DCS/2.7.0.4625 (x86_64; Windows NT 10.0.19042) 2021-04-20 13:32:39.356 INFO EDCORE: C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\igd10iumd64.dll 2021-04-20 13:32:39.359 INFO EDCORE: # C0000005 ACCESS_VIOLATION at BD7B36D5 00:00000000 2021-04-20 13:32:39.711 INFO EDCORE: SymInit: Symbol-SearchPath: '.;C:\Program Files\Eagle Dynamics\DCS World OpenBeta;C:\Program Files\Eagle Dynamics\DCS World OpenBeta\bin;C:\WINDOWS;C:\WINDOWS\system32;SRV*C:\websymbols*http://msdl.microsoft.com/download/symbols;', symOptions: 530, UserName: 'Gargee' 2021-04-20 13:32:39.713 INFO EDCORE: OS-Version: 10.0.19042 () 0x100-0x1 2021-04-20 13:32:39.891 ERROR DX11BACKEND: Can't find precompiled shader deferred/blurcompute.fx:DIRECTX11=true;FILTER_KERNEL0= 0.00133, 0.00313, 0.00673, 0.01322, 0.02372, 0.03892, 0.05835,;FILTER_KERNEL1= 0.07995, 0.10012, 0.11460, 0.11987, 0.11460, 0.10012, 0.07995,;FILTER_KERNEL2= 0.05835, 0.03892, 0.02372, 0.01322, 0.00673, 0.00313, 0.00133;FILTER_KERNEL3;FILTER_KERNEL4;FILTER_SIZE=21;PIXELS_PER_THREAD_X=1;PIXELS_PER_THREAD_Y=1;SHARED_PIXELS_COUNT=270;SIZE_X=270;SIZE_Y=180;USE_DCS_DEFERRED=1;. 2021-04-20 13:32:39.891 INFO DX11BACKEND: Compile shader: deferred/blurcompute.fx:DIRECTX11=true;FILTER_KERNEL0= 0.00133, 0.00313, 0.00673, 0.01322, 0.02372, 0.03892, 0.05835,;FILTER_KERNEL1= 0.07995, 0.10012, 0.11460, 0.11987, 0.11460, 0.10012, 0.07995,;FILTER_KERNEL2= 0.05835, 0.03892, 0.02372, 0.01322, 0.00673, 0.00313, 0.00133;FILTER_KERNEL3;FILTER_KERNEL4;FILTER_SIZE=21;PIXELS_PER_THREAD_X=1;PIXELS_PER_THREAD_Y=1;SHARED_PIXELS_COUNT=270;SIZE_X=270;SIZE_Y=180;USE_DCS_DEFERRED=1; 2021-04-20 13:32:40.063 INFO EDCORE: try to write dump information 2021-04-20 13:32:40.066 INFO EDCORE: # -------------- 20210420-133240 -------------- 2021-04-20 13:32:40.068 INFO EDCORE: DCS/2.7.0.4625 (x86_64; Windows NT 10.0.19042) 2021-04-20 13:32:40.070 INFO EDCORE: C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\igd10iumd64.dll 2021-04-20 13:32:40.071 INFO EDCORE: # C0000005 ACCESS_VIOLATION at BD7B36D5 00:00000000

Please attach the dcs text document shown in your screenshot and one of the CRASH files and I will see if I can spot anything. Alternatively, zip the whole lot and post the zip file Sent from my SM-T835 using Tapatalk
