in TrackIR profile select pitch axis, ~ at the bottom of the graph window "True Head Angle" adjust far right end, of the graph(max up) from say [ex 45 deg] in towards middle to about [ex 15 deg] Adjust as needed - "Save" Shows mirrored Hope this works for you

Not Track IR DCS has head movement modeled with Track IR. Might be able to model better, but it works with a realistic head movement model, your head, IRL, has its limits, in the cockpit, you have to roll your head to view behind you, physically improbable. I Think, but maybe not Entirely correct:smilewink:
