Is there a way to get ground vehicles to patrol on the road in a zone? PatrolZones() makes them go off-road, even if I have the unit set to "On road" in the ME. I even tried using PatrolZones( { ZONE:New( "Patrol Zone A" ) }, 45, "On road" ), but nothing I can do seems to work. Even with PatrolRouteRandom() and waypoints set on the road, they just go off-road. Any help would be appreciated. I am pretty new to this. Thanks.

+1 I agree with you that the scenery popping in is pretty silly and immersion killing. Really hope they can figure something out here as it looks pretty bad at the moment, even with view distance and object rendering settings on max. -

Nevermind Baltic Dragon. I am an idiot! Disregard the post above. I am just now realizing that you have a different set of presets for COMM 1 and COMM 2. Not sure how I didn't notice this before as it's right there on the kneeboards. Pretty sure I have been just using the PRI COMM PLAN on the kneeboards for both radios, hahaha. Not sure how I have even made it this far in the campaign. This will hopefully help a lot for me going forward, as I have had the impression that I have been missing out on communications in previous missions, and I probably was. Anyway, thanks for the great campaign. I am having a blast so far!

Hi. Still having problems with this mission. I downloaded the fix, and it does fix the issue mentioned in the OP. The problem I am having is with the radios, when you are supposed to switch to Tactical freq on Aux radio. Something is wrong here as I am doing what I am supposed to, but can't hear anything. Pretty sure the instructions are wrong or the radio presets are messed up. Pretty frustrating to be honest.

Hey MetaBaron. I was having similar issues, but there is a workaround if you would like to play the other missions in the campaign. You can go into your DCSWorld\Mods\aircraft\JF-17\Missions\Campaigns folder, copy all of the missions, and then paste them into your SavedGames\DCS\Missions folder. Hope that helps.

I am also experiencing massive freezing when turning on the A2G radar, d/l on or not. Just got the JF-17 a couple days ago and I am on the latest Nvidia driver. Would really like to know how to fix this, as I can't even use the A2G radar it's so bad. Thanks.

Hey! Thanks for making these. They are really well done! I just downloaded them yesterday, but I think the update yesterday might have messed them up. A lot of the triggers don't seem to be working. For instance, in the BVR, ACM, and IFF missions, when it tells you to go into A2A(BVR) mode and you do, nothing happens, and there is no way to progress further. The same thing happens on missions that tell you to go into A2G mode. Thanks again. Nicholas

Just wanted to say thanks for this and bump this thread. By far the best shadows I have been able to achieve in DCS World so far. Integrity check is a bummer, but hopefully ED will sort that out.

I have already reported this issue in another thread, as did others, but it still not been acknowledged or fixed so I thought maybe it deserves some attention. After completing mission 5 of the campaign and trying to exit to the mission end screen, DCS crashes. I already included my logs in the other thread(HERE). Hope this can get resolved. Thanks.

The J-11a aggressor liveries are located in the folder: DCS World/CoreMods/aircraft/ChinaAssetPack/Liveries/J-11A. Go into that folder, find the skin you want to change, [i.e. USAF 65th Aggressor SQN 'Desert' (Fictional)], go into that subfolder, and open the description.lua file. The last line should be something like this: countries = {"AUSAF"} Go ahead and delete that, or edit it to add the countries you want,(i.e. {"AUSAF","USA",...}). Deleting that line of code will make the skin available for all countries. It seems that they are AUSAF aggressor skins, not USA aggressor skins. This will pass the integrity check for multiplayer BTW. Adding planes to a country isn't as simple but is possible. It will break your integrity check for multiplayer though. Go to DCSWorld\Scripts\Database, then find and open db_countries.lua. You want to add this line 'cnt_unit( units.Planes.Plane, "J-11A");' under the USA local units list. Hope that helps.

I am getting a CTD after completing mission 5 of the Mjolnir campaign. It has happened 3 times now. The mission goes fine, I take out the bridge, divert to Batumi and land, and then as soon as I hit quit to get to the mission end screen, DCS crashes. It was working fine for the first couple missions, and I got through 6 Red Flag missions just fine as well, along with some training and other missions. I attached the crash logs, but had to take out the track file and rezip it because the track file was 30mb. Thanks . dcs.20180720-180822.zip

I can confirm this issue also. Other modules work fine, but the Viggen crashes DCS ever since I bought it 2 weeks ago. Steam open beta, current version as of today.

I played it a couple more times and haven't had the same issue. I usually will just use the dmt to slew the Mavericks toward that bridge so i can easily get a lock when I uncage the Maverick. I am just increasing the FOV and making sure it's locking that tank area now. Here is a picture of what happened this morning, which is why I made that first post. Could certainly be user error though.

The tank on the bridge seems to be causing problems. The Mavericks are locking onto the bridge, not the tank. Sometimes you will get lucky and lock onto the part of the bridge that has the tank on it, but it seems to be random. Also, not sure if this is because that tank is a static object and has no heat signature, but the TPOD also isn't noticing the tank and is only tracking the area under the bridge.

This mission was a nice surprise in the last update, and is really fun. Thanks for making this. Would love to see more of these. Is there a campaign coming down the road as well?
