Apart from the question "Why is this happening just now, when all the likes went out fine until a month ago", well, you can believe me or not on that, but I failed to open a ticket - I only got a useless silly FAQ answers in return, but no choices to do that instead. I could take this only as a clear sign of avoiding any user to put questions on anything, even if those guys who created this "system" felt a little too much self-esteemed - don't know if you mean. I am going to become a little more than disappointed by that, you know, especially if I think to all the time and the lot of money spent in this "simulation" - I purchased quite a bit of modules and campaigns here, you know. Dear BigNewy, thanks for the procedure. But in spite of all my several attempts, I just can't update to the last version released of Open Beta, and this is the very first time in years I occurred that. As per the error messages (I got two): "Child failed to connect: (1460) Timeout. Operation failed" and "Pipe is not ready: (2) can't find the specified file". By the way, most annoying matter of all, I can't definitively open a ticket, because the system is continuously obliging me to read the tecnical FAQs instead of allowing me to create one - this is not funny, please believe me on that.
