Hi everyone, I would like to write a file within a DCS script with the following : -- Opens a file in read file = io.open("G:\test.lua", "w") file:write("TOTO\n") -- closes the open file io.close(file) But I get an error accesing a nil value... Howerver G is an valid USB key... What's going on ? Thanks ?

Hi, New to this application that seems well appreciated by many... I went through the 20 pages but it sounds that I missed something because I have : - registered - create a chartaer Then I launch the DCS Logbook Sync that I have downloaded, browse the file and choose the debrief file in my DCS log directory and then at step one, the "Please select a character" drop menu is empty.... So I think I missed something... I have also some basic questions: - which file should we select for the DCS Logbook Syn application : debrief or log ? - Is it possible to import at the begining all "missions" we flew since the begining of the DCS Logbook we see in the DCS interface ? - Is there a documentation or cookbook somewhere ? Hi everyone, Sometime when entering DCS the VR the view is completly in offset and althougt I have assign a "center VR view" keystroke it doesn't work until I choose any menu in the interface. In these condition as I cannot acsess the menu I must kill DCS and restart... Anybody else exepriencing this ? Any good solution? Thanks

I everyone, All is in the title : I am wodering if in case of a Case III recovery, the marshal pattern has a maximum length. For exemple if I have a 6 minutes delay for the EAT I can fly a 2'(turn) + 1' cold + 2'(turn) + 1' (hot) pattern. But if the delay is longer let's immagine 12 minutes can I extend the hot and cold segments to 4' (2+4+2+4) or should I fly 2 times the pattern with shorter segments like 2x(2+1+2+1) ? Thanks

Hi everyone, I am able to get the interactive kneeboard working (MT last OB) but when I say for exemple "show notes" like in a youtube video, although both keywords are correctly reconised, the kneeboard doesn't switch to the "notes" tab like in the tutorial... Can someone confirm that it is working this way ? What am I doing wrong ? By the way, it's not clear to me if the interractive kneeboard works in MP ? Thanks

Got it. Not yet finished with the configuration but just a question : is there a way with VoiceAttack to test outside DCS if commands are well reconised (not speaking about voice recognition training) ? Thanks

Following the documentation I can't get the "import profile" (grey). Is it because the VoiceAttack full version is mandatory ?

Did try several times but windows complains that it is not a secured file and I get the cr file, not the msi. Oki so I will try with the zip...

Hi, Cant' find the documentation how to install... I would like to install automatically with a msi but cant find it... So what should I dowload ? Thanks Edit : found the VAICOM.PRO.for.DCS.Word.msi file (v2.9.2.3) but when dowloaded I get a temporary crdowload file, not the msi. What's going wrong ? Alos not clear if I must get both the .msi and the VAICOMPRO.zip files or either the msi or zip Thanks
