There never was a v2.0, thats just the name of the new Black Shark. And going from v1.0.2 to v1.1.1.0/v1.1.1.1 was imo done to better illustrate the compatibility with DCS A-10C. Not that any of the numbering matters anyway.

Erm, Foxy?

I did not assign the microstick in the sim, but programmed it with Foxy. When I try to assign it as an axis, the sim does not pick up on any movement of the microstick. MIX /I /O 3 HotasSlewDown ^ HotasSlewUp MIY /I /O 3 HotasSlewRight ^ HotasSlewLeft

There should be no "=", so the line should read BTN T7 /P boataft /R boatcen

If you bought the upgrade then you also have to download the upgrade - as you noticed the key does not work on the full version.
