I don't think that's it. I created a path like yours (the long one) and it works. I think it's the servers that are messing up. If DCE_Manager can't download the first "upgrade.txt" file the consequences seem random, until it refuses to let DCE_Manager start. When you say that DCE_Manager crashes, is there an error message or not?
