Could be it is yawing to the last selected autopilot yaw channel heading, but than it needs to stop at a surtain heading instead of keeping yawing in rounds.

Thanks Frett. I need to study the manual better. :smilewink:

The function of the governor is to maintain the correct engine rpm at any given collective position, making sure that the rotor rpm doesn't drop during any stage of flight. You can put the governor switch to manual but at that position you have to work the throttle manually at every change of the flight controls. In normal conditions the switch is left in auto mode. Please correct me if I am wrong, all.

Thanks for the reply. It is totally clear to me now. Razorback

Hi all, I am a bit lost here. I own the FC3 module, which has ofcourse the A-10A, Su-25 and F-15C (and other planes). In my in-game start screen at the bottom there is also a greyed out F-15C beta icon. Since the F-15C came with FC3 (there is also an activated icon for this module), why is there an F-15C icon? The A-10A and Su-25 are also seperately purchasable but these don't have a greyed-out icon, these don't have an icon at all. Is it neccessary to buy the F-15C module since it is in beta and receiving some extra ED attention? Thanks in advance, Razorback

Should you buy the Mi-8 ?? Should you breath?? Ofcourse you should! If you are into helicopters than you should definitely not miss this one.

I think you guys are right saying this behaviour comes from the fixed trim tap. Quit awesome if you think about it. DCS really shines with fine details like this. All my axis are correct and all the auto stuff is switched off. Thanks for the thoughts guys. DCS/ED, you rule!

Hi guys, I noticed that when I start advancing the throttle at the same time some right rudder is being applied as if the throttle is also bound to the rudder axis. I have checked and double checked if this is the case but the throttle and rudder both have their own separate axis. I also made sure the auto rudder and take off assistance are both unchecked. Any thought about this behaviour? Thanks, Razorback

Once again truely awesome skins, Skull. I am getting bored repeating myself :smilewink: I was wondering if it would be possible for you to write a repaint tutorial so I can have a go myself. I have really no idea how you repaint guys are pulling it off every time again. It would be awesome if you could help me with my first steps into the skinning world. Thanks in advance, Razorback

Reworked Cockpit Views with proper Neck
RazorbackNL replied to PeterP's topic in Utility/Program Mods for DCS World
@PL_Harpoon The only temporary solution which I have is to exclude the UH-1H section from the server.lua file. That way you have the standard view from DCS while still having the Proper Neck view for the rest of the aircraft. Btw: I also noticed the Mi-8 is having the same issues in the copilot view as the Huey. -
Skull... mate...what are you on, because you keep throwing all those awesome skins at us? Nice job buddy. Keep up the good work

Reworked Cockpit Views with proper Neck
RazorbackNL replied to PeterP's topic in Utility/Program Mods for DCS World
Isn't anybody else facing this co-pilot view behaviour? I know it doesn't have anything to do with the SnapView.lua. Even when I use PeterP's snapviews, the situation is still the same. I have dug into the Server.lua, but I can't seem to figure out what is going on. -
Wow Skull, you are really on a roll here. Good job, nice skins.

Reworked Cockpit Views with proper Neck
RazorbackNL replied to PeterP's topic in Utility/Program Mods for DCS World
Hi Peter, I have installed your latest "Proper Neck for DCS 1.2.6 - 1.2" into OpenBeta 1.2.8. All seems allright for the P-51D and the UH-1H. I have manually included the new TF-51D, which also works now. The Huey has a problem though. When you sit in the co-pilot seat, the view is not correct. I have included some screenshots of the situation. Maybe you are already working on the 1.2.8 version but I just wanted to let you know  Thank you for a great mod. Razorback -
You could try to delete the Snapview.lua file. Users\<user>\saved games\DCS\Config\View Just delete the file (make a backup!) and the next time you start DCS, a fresh default file will be loaded. I hope this helps. Razorback

So here I am with €xx bonus on my account. http://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/faq/bonus_rules/ I have all DCS products/modules Bonuses cannot be used to pay for products marked as “NEW” Customers must use these bonuses prior to 01.06.2014 The Mig21 is far from done DCS: F-86F Sabre beta-version to be released in spring 2014 DCS: AH-1G Cobra beta-version to be released in first half of 2014 Since screenshots or videos of the Cobra and the Sabre have not been released yet it is more likely that these modules will not be released before 1st June 2014. So basically this means loyal customers as myself who already have all the products are FUBAR? Leaving us with bonuses which we can not use? Why is there a usage limit for the bonuses?

Hi Skulleader, This may be worth checking because it helped me to improve the handling of my Cougar HOTAS. Since the Warthog is not a Force Feedback stick, make sure you have the FFB option in The Gameplay tab unchecked. I found out I had that option checked all the time, making my Cougar stick/throttle and CH Pro Pedals (connected to the Cougar) behave in a total different way than when the FFB option was unchecked. My control axis became very sensitive, resulting in a more unstabe flight. Maybe this is what is going on with you HOTAS Warthog. Just a thought. Razorback

Guys ....please.... stop making all those incredibly awesome looking skins. I don't know which one to choose anymore ;)

Possible to open door from cockpit to cargo hold?
RazorbackNL replied to Gerg's topic in DCS: Mi-8MTV2 Magnificent Eight
The door commands for the Mi-8 are: Open/close cargo doors = LALT + LCTRL +C Open/close left blister = LCTRL + C Open/close right blister = LSHIFT + C Open/close left door = LCTRL +LSHIFT + C -
I sometimes experience the same behavior with clickable switches. In that situation it seems that the mouse clickpoint is deflected a little bit to the left and lower position than where the button is. I can always fix this by hovering the mouse cursor somewhere in the area of a button until the cursor is green. Than click (although you are not on the actual button) and everything is fine again. I hope this helps for you too. Razorback
