Has Deka decided yet? What's their next module?
J-20 replied to J-20's topic in Deka Ironwork Simulations
I saw that too. That's not "according to Kamov". It's a US based media called AIN online. And that news in webachieve, means deleted. Just like when brits Jane's deleted the comment about how J-10 is Lavi. They made a sensational claim to attract reader, but has no evidence to back it up. That's why they had to delete it. As far as I know, China did benefit it from project 941, a project initiated by China in 1994 with the help of Russian Kamov (China paid them $3 million for that, mostly for their testing facility). But after the wooden model was tested in a wind tunnel in 1996 (see picture below). Russia left the project and never involved again ever since. And Z-10 made its first flight in 29 April 2003. Through 1996 to 2003, Russia didn't tough a thing. -

Kamov designed? I see, you got that from another one of those british webpages. Go to Kamov and see if they can offer you any info on Z-10 at all. -

Su-30MKK Full fid or FC3 version?
J-20 replied to TaxDollarsAtWork's topic in Deka Ironwork Simulations
Doesn't matter, whatever RWR that Su-30 uses, as long as it can be integrated with the SPJ, it is a good RWR. As for the missile, since J-8F's pylons can carry both PL-12 and R-77, so it make sense for PLA to upgrade their Su-30 pylons (remember one of them have already been upgraded to carry SPJ). So we can hope. PL-12s are definitely more bad ass than R-77s. -
Su-30MKK Full fid or FC3 version?

If KG-600 is involved, it may have a Chinese RWR in there. Wait, have they updated Su-30's pylons to carry Chinese missile yet? I know J-16 and J-15 has Chinese pylon, what about Su-30? -
You better get all your friends who agree with you to vote with you then. Because in the current poll shows that J-5A is falling behind many other planes. ;)

Su-30MKK Full fid or FC3 version?
J-20 replied to TaxDollarsAtWork's topic in Deka Ironwork Simulations
Really? I MUST KISS YOU~!!! MY HERO~!! Below is a photo of the Chinese Su-30 armed with an SPJ pod. Unlike the JF-17, this is the domestic version. It hasn't been downgraded. ;) Please make this. If you can make a Chinese Su-30 with SPJ with 12 pylons with ASM. I am willing to save $400 just for this module. -
Su-30MKK Full fid or FC3 version?

But still, we need to remember that we still don't have a fully modeled Su-27 yet. Also, I just realised, MKK is the older airframe with only 10 pylons. If we can get the SPJ upgrade, that leave me only 9 pylons. And if we have a backseat drive who want some AG weapon......oh crap. I really don't want to share my pylons with my backseat driver. I wish we can get the MKK2 airframe with 12 plyons. Then I may happy to share 1 pylon with him :P -
Su-30MKK Full fid or FC3 version?

You mean there is actually a chance??! Oh, men, I could have kissed you. You are my hero. If we have a Chinese Su-30 with SPJ upgrade with ASM, I would be willing to pay $200 for a module like that. By the way, about the Su-30 data you are trying to obtain, which airframe is it? I know there are 2 airframes, 1 with 10 hardpoints like Su-27, and 1 with 12 hardpoints (2 more on the wing). I hope we can get the 12 hardpoint version. -
Su-30MKK Full fid or FC3 version?

Su-30 would awesome since we don't yet have a twin seated module for the red team. On top of that, I saw photos indicated that the Chinese Su-30 had been upgraded with that Self-protection jammer pod (the domestic, un-downgraded version of the one used by JF-17) However, I doubted since Su-30 is still very much activate as a front of the line fighter in China. In fact, the Chinese upgraded version of Su-30 (J-16) had just replaced JH-7. Now even though JH-7 is still in service, but the production of JH-7 has stopped. So unless some foreign country wants to make a purchase, there won't be any new JH-7 rolling out of the factory anymore. -
Any News on the Chinese livery? It has been awhile, and we still don't have Chinese livery.

F-7PG definitely come out before the J-7G and was using the J-7E airframe. The PAF may have put the radar in themselves. If you take a look at the radar corn, it is way too small, because it was designed to house only a ranging radar.
-
F-7PG is not actually an export version of J-7G. It is an J-7E. It has no search radar.
-
Yep, as far as the data available to me, the Maximum G for J-8 is about 5, and for J-8II is about 6.9 if I remember correctly.
-
Nope, I believe Deka already stated that they will focus only on Chinese planes. So if you love cold war 3rd gen interceptors so much, then the good news for you is that Deka had expressed some interest in making J-8II module before.
-
yep, I want to see J-5A too. So we don't waste a 3rd party developer's time to develop a MiG-17 which is less fun. I do hope we can get a F-86K to match it too.
-
What I meant was the FF for Su-27 is not out yet. If ED is going to make J-11A FF, IMHO, they would make the Su-27 FF first.
-
Maybe one day when Su-27 FF is out.
-
Are you sure he wasn't simply being notched?
-
I don't know what's happening. Maybe your internet connection had a package drop or something. Because I haven't experienced anything you had described.
-
You may want to reinstall a fresh copy of DCS. Because I flight almost everyday and SD-10 tracks just fine. The other day, I used my SD-10 and killed a F-18 from...... Aeria Gloria? How far was that again? 45nm??
-
As far as I know, growling sidewinder named it the 2nd most lethal fighter in DCS. That's why they enjoyed their time before the introduction of JF-17, when they can bully MiG-21bis. Now that's all changed and with their low IQ they don't have the skill to fight JF-17 honorably. And it hurts them their low self-esteem. So they desperately want to return to that little imaginary world where they can bully red side planes as if they are really men.
-
Just ignore those arrogant people. They are just racist who didn't like the ideal of having a better Chinese jet than west. You didn't hear them complaining about how western jets vastly overpower MiG-21 on the red side. So just ignore them. I say, as long as the data used to create modules are accurate, them let them in DCS. We are here for flight, not to sooth their racist ego.

Thanks for the quick reply, sir. I did click in the middle and select the MFCD I wanted. But nothing happened. The frame and buttons for MFCD were there. But nothing else displayed, as if the power for MFCD wasn't on. As for UFCP and warning light panel, the display were correct. But they aren't responding to my clicking. I still have to click them from PC.
-
Thanks for the reply, mate. I had just purchased it and it's working. But I have a small issue. I am using this app mainly to use it for my UFCP on my JF-17. But the issue is 1: I don't want the indicator light panel on top of UFCP. I just want UFCP. 2: My phone's screen won't rotate if I hold it side way. Can you make it to display UFCP side way, please? Thanks very much. Edit: Wait. It's not actually working. Sorry I just tested it. It will display UFCP and Warning light panel. But MFCD won't display anything. At the same time, I can't press those buttons on the phone. Nothing happens when I press them. So I still have to press them on my PC.
