  8. you may have to use multiple dvd's. i think the file size is 7g or more. drag and drop. any burner software can copy files. if your trying to make an installation disc, like what you get when at the store, with auto-run etc, etc. thats a different story.
  9. i used to own saitek stuff but now i use the TMWH. i do not know what you mean by "but is on red tabs" means. please clarify your issue.

  14. eddie is correct if you do notice that you are not "on the ball" in level flight, it could possibly be that your rudders are commanding unwanted input. check their centering ability.
  15. check your inclinometer (slip indicator) and see if you are slipping. trim the rudder if you are. re-center rudder peddles.
  16. @nom that is correct. since he is using a WH. all buttons need to be off to program it in TS also. not sure if it has to be that way in TARS
  17. congratulations and welcome to the boards. do not suffer by yourself. much easier to learn this sim if you hookup with people while your reading through the manual. gl
  18. imo i believe the WH needs to have all switches in their neutral positions. so when you program the stick, it will recognize the button you are assigning. i am not at my computer to find out what switches need to be set, but you can check your stick in windows "device" setting to find out where they need to be. i had not issues setting up my WH with TARS. but i did have to use a modifier when i wanted to use the in-game comms.

  20. btw. how do i keep all units from activating all at once. is it 'hidden' until activated? edit: @ invisibull. i re-read your post and that will work. thank you. has anyone tried using "group alive less than"? from the group of 4 that i have, i set the value to 24% that should leave 1 unit remaining. ran the mission, but nothing re-spawns. idea's?? @druid regarding re-spawning groups
  21. thanks druid. ill give the 'switched condition' a try. is it possible to do that at their original spawn point? they are approx 4000m away?
  22. 2 questions is there a way to re-spawn an already killed group? possible continually run in a loop? i have run several different versions and can not figure out how to do this? . how do you announce to the campaign via message that an airport has been taken. i have also looked into this and had tried several different versions in the editor, but all seem to not display the message. this will have to be continuously through out the campaign and not just once. i know im doing something wrong here.

  24. your dropping laser guided <------ guided to target by laser. you could be off a few degree's and the munition will "guide it self". everytime you trim while in AP, it will try to correct what you just trimmed. once it gets to its limits, then it will disengage and your ac will have a heavy nose up, down, bank.... what ever.
  25. i wonder if your JS has some wild glitching going on and in turn kicks off the AP. would anyone else know if the axis display can catch this in game?
