  1. ED isn't the developer, they're the distributor
  2. LOL, like 99.9% of the forum members here? Does owning Razbam modules that no longer receive support, and would eventually stop working not count as personal? Or do you mean, it only matters if you're one of Ron's Subbies (Sub contractors) ?
  3. I read what's on the first page, nothing has changed, nothing I say has any influence on the situation, one side has stuck to the same statement since the entire shyt show unfolded, and has never tried to sway its consumers. The other side has been on overdrive on social media, leaking documents and conversations in a blatant attempt to garner consumer sympathy... I wonder which side is which?
  4. I don't believe RZ has once acknowledge or addressed to the consumers of his products, the "alleged breach of contract and infringment(s) of IP " It's always been "ED have refused to pay is for services rendered" , never actually addressing the elephant in the room. Where's the communications/leaked documents between RZ and Nick Grey asking why there's a delay, and how long the delay can be expected so that he can put plans in place to keep paying his 3rd part sub-contractors? Where's the communications/leaked documents between RZ's legal adviser to ED's legal advisor seeking clarification on what the delay is, and when can they expect to remunirated for services rendered as per their contractual obligations? If ED are in breach of contract, and Nick Grey just woke up one morning and said " Sod this, I'm not going to pay Razbam what we agreed upon, and own them, and keep the cash indefinately" then where's the "leaked documents to show that ED are the ones who broke the contract? Nick Grey doesn't escape severe criticism either, frankly he should take a long hard look at himself in the mirror, and ask himself " What could I have done better here"
  5. It's amazing how many people here seem to be in possesion of the concractual agreements between ED and Razbam...
  6. Its called doing their due Diligence, it's sad because all of Razbams modules for DCS world are great, a few curve balls here and there, but for the best part, they're great, I use present tense, as the ones I have are still working. It's also testament to the various artists that RZ got onboard for each of those modules, and it's those individuals that I feel for the most, owners and CEO's always seem to survive shytstorms, unless they go to coldplay concerts.
  7. Everything in your rebuttal shows that you're far from interested in the truth, and that you too have a very clear bias, which is perfectly fine.. I never threatened you with defamation, as soon as I read that comment, I realised that you are trying to belittle those who disgree with you, and think you come across as some sort of SME when it comes to Business law... News Flash... you're far from it, you're just another consumer with an opinion just like the rest of us.. I said your comments are defamatory in nature, not to me, but towards ED, you clearly stated "for no apparent reason" and unless you're privy to contracts etc, since you act like a lawyer, look up the definition of defamation. Leaked documents are not facts, those can be edited with photoshop very easlily... you want to be factual, but just ignore everything on the front page. Good luck in Law school. Show me those promises.... clearly defined within the EULA's of all the released modules currently supported by ED.
  8. Here we go again.. RB 3rd party contractors = RB's responsibility to pay. Every company has the right to withhold payments to their subcontractors if there has been a breach of contract/internal dispute, most don't exercise this, but in ED's case they did.. RB employee's internal pay disputes lie solely at their CEO's responsibility, not with the contractor, in this case ED. They should have gone to their own legal representatives to resolve their disputes, NOT chops off on social media. Ron was caught with his hand in the cookie jar, but blames the party who put the cookies there to begin with. I do believe Heatblur was the only 3rd party who were in a similar situation, that was resolved and HB have refused to be dragged into the issue between RB, I guess you are within HB's corporate team to state "for no apparent reason" otherwise your comment would be defamatory in nature, how do you know with 100% certainty that is was for "No Apparent reason" ? You refer to "leaked stuff" , which wasn't done by ED, all of the leaked stuff was generated by.......yeah by individuals closely associated with the party at the centre of the issue. Imagine that? One of the other consistent things that you fail to mention is the breach of contract by Razbam/RZ and the allegations of IP infringment.. And yes, if ED decided to withhold several Million $$$$ for zero reason whatsover, just because the CEO decided he didn't want to, absolutley 99.9% of the time, courts and tribunals would side with the plaintiff and order payment to be made. If this was the case here, the entire community would be 100% behind and in agreement with Razbam.... But it isn't the case at all..
  9. MFT, such disputes can take years to resolve... Nobody knows what the conditions are that has been set by either side to resolve this dispute, what does seem a little clearer to me, and this is purely my opinion,is that Razbam doesn't have a solid case of having been wronged when ED withheld its remuneration for services rendered. There isn't a court or trubunal out there who would side with any organisation or corporation who just decided to not pay their subcontractors for shyts and giggles. To that end, this issue is far from being that simple.
  10. What lack of clarity? Everything that can be said, in such a dispute is all on the 1st page, and that stance hasn't changed since the whole <profanity> show unfolded. There's no law out there that states companies in dispute with each other has to inform the consumer of every conversation that takes place relating to said dispute, company practices and grivences are rarely digressed to the public, if ever.. Does it suck ? Only if you let it. Whilst the two kids in the playground duke it out with each other, and steal each others packed lunch I'm going to continue flying my modules till they completely break, and get removed from the core engine.
  11. I highly doubt the word "promise" appears on any EULA from Eagle Dynamics, the only time I've heard Nick Grey use this word is when he's been describing the year ahead on his first video of the year... "This year ahead looks promising" Is not a statement of fact, but a statement of hope and expectation... It certainly does not mean they will 100% deliver.. The weatherman states this weekends weather looks promising doesn't mean there's a 100% guarantee the weather will be, does the weatherman get sued for stating a falsehood?
  12. It's nothing more than RZ trying to court public opinion again.. I'm very surprised that Razbams legal representative hasn't informed Ron that he's not helping Razbam, not his unpaid 3rd party contractors with statements such as his last one, but then again, Ron's ego is a huge part of the problem, he just doesn't know when to shut his mouth, and let discretion be the better part of valour.
  13. Oh to a degree I agree with you, and in this particular case, there's no good guys, both ED and RB both get an "F" You also know that the court of public opinion here has been in full swing, with so many lawyers here, it's been a hoot.
  14. The facts are there regarding Razbam and Ron's "mothodology", you just chose to ignore them... they say lightening never strikes twice, but it's not the case when Razbam are involved, people who have been around for a few years will have noticed a pattern when it comes to Razbam.. People wouldn't bash on Ron if he wasn't so arrogant and hot headed, you don't have to personally know someone to know their charcteristics and mannerisms.
  15. Yeah, I guess you though Razbam never did anything wrong when they abandoned their products for Microsoft Flight sim then?
