Depending on your speed it seems that it's best to manually laze earlier than the automatic laze 10 seconds before impact.

Yes he isn't great, but it's still a fairly early build and fingers crossed it only gets better. That said I flew recently with a human RIO and it totally transforms the sim, adds a totally new aspect. Well worth seeing if you can find someone to fly with. I totally under estimated just how much there is to do in the back.

I have experienced the same thing twice, think I had done everything correctly, even got the prompt from within the Jester menu to 'Go INS fine' or whatever it is he acknowledges but doesn't do anything. Engines running, canopy closed, parking brake on etc.

Good morning (time zone dependent of course) folks, Is there a page or group somewhere with RIOs looking for pilots? I would like someone to backseat with the Lantirn on a PvE MP server, I mostly just want practice flying around steadily and getting lined up on targets. Anywhere I can find someone to do that with? I'm GMT+4 and am available most evenings.

I wish there was an audible warning when bingo fuel is reached, all too often I finish engaging an enemy and have a moment to get myself set up to head back to homeplate and then realise I've not got enough fuel because I didn't spot the warning light.

Apparently yes, I have no tried it myself. But guys in A10C and Harriers seem to do that. I've got a spare 1080p 24 inch monitor that I am going to try and use as my TID display as I can't see it behind the stick easily at all. I don't have TrackIR right now.
