  1. Doesn't matter as long as it begins with the letters "Su-" :D
  2. Not cost effective? I'm sure a T-80 goes for much more than $20,000 :D
  3. Not sure which version of DCS:W comes with the boxed version and I don't think you can know how unless you install and check what it says after you start it once. Since there doesn't seem to be a full patch for the newest version 1.1.1.1, I'd advise you to d/l the full install if possible.
  4. I guess you mean the CMSC JMR Key? It's not bound by default.
  7. Do you use pedals? You should enable the display just as Kalahari said to see if the breaks are somehow still engaged. I sometimes get that I have to fully depress my Saitek pedals once to calibrate them so that they don't slightly brake when they're not depressed.
  8. Thanks. I wouldn't have noticed otherwise. Luckily I didn't install the new drivers yet after I downloaded them yesterday.
  9. It's an Ivy Bridge and they tend to run hotter than Sandy. Intel specified them to some ~105° C I believe.
  10. Where did you read that? nvm I think you meant constant speed prop.
  11. As was communicated till now, upgrade users will have access after the finalized modules are released, i.e. out of beta. I'd assume that for some reason it would take a disproportionate effort to have both BS2 versions in beta or rather keep releasing different patches as the beta goes on. As ED has limited ressources we wouldn't want them to waste time on that which could better be used on the next DCS module would we? :D
  12. That's really a huge increase of VCore. Do you still use the stock cooler? You may want to change that for a befitting aftermarket cooler or get more/more powerful case fans. Some 70° under normal gaming usage should be fine though you want to keep an eye on it for some time. Anyway the CPU will let you know if it's running too hot by throttling.
  13. Check in the options if the axis are still set correctly for TIR.
  14. Don't compare with AI though since it kinda cheats.
  15. You can define "modifiers" iirc in the bottom left of the control option screen. E.g. set your pinky as a modifier. You can also just alt+tab to change the profile. If you do it from ingame, i.e. not any of the menus, though there's a bug with HDR which will be fixed with the next patch.
  16. @hitman made my day xD
  17. FPS drop like a b**** though when you drop a CBU 87. It looks so amazing that I even kinda regret it dropping into a city center :P
  18. DCS:World is seperate from the A-10 install. You were supposed to bind everything fresh instead of copying stuff from the standalone install as it could potentially screw up some bindings.
  19. I have yet to install the A-10 for DCS:World, but can't you just click them to toggle? I know you can atleast in the P-51.
  20. Sorry then, I was just checking what ralt+j does under the "all" tab. Ralt+j is indeed bound twice. Try remapping one of those.
  21. Wrong key, ralt+j = jump into aircraft. You are looking for rctrl+j = formation lights.
  22. I assume you'd have to download DCS:World and the specific A-10 installer just like with the P-51.
  23. Just put your CPU on stock speeds and see if it'll ever BSOD (which I doubt). Pretty sure your OC isn't stable and not faulty RAM.
  24. You also need to hold the button to keep PAC1 activated.
