There's a knob on the bottom right IIRC. Just put your mouse cursor above it until it turns into a green wheel and rotate your mouse wheel.

How many hours did you run prime? Also prime stable does not guarantee a really stable system. Why don't you just run with something slightly slower, like 4.0? It won't make that much of a difference.

Also wenn dein Monitor nicht grad auf 1024x786 läuft, ist eine schnellere Graka die bessere Wahl, besonders da du so die Bildqualität erhöhen kannst (AA z.B. geht nur auf GPU). Lohnt sich erst Recht wenn du nicht nur für DCS optimieren möchtest, sondern für andere Spiele, da die GTX460 mittlerweile doch schon was langsam ist.

Ohne zu wissen wieviel du bereit bist maximal auszugeben, kann man nichts wirklich empfehlen.

IIRC right control + right shift + tab

2-3 hours is nothing. After using it a couple dozen hours it'll feel more natural. You may need to adjust your TIR profile though so it's a bit less sensitive for certain parts of the field of view etc.

There's a switch for it on the electrical control panel on the left side.

You could just bind left and right brakes (not the axis) to left and right on a coolie hat e.g. Repeatedly tapping those in a corner improves turning radius a lot.

Is there anything I'm missing about use of drop tanks or are they just not working at the moment? I can load them up fine but I can't get the engine to feed from the drop tanks. When the fuel tank selector is switched to the drop tanks the engine just dies after a couple of seconds.

I really like that RAF skin. Nice work! How'd you get drop tanks to show though?

Although it did look very nice, but all you could do was point n click. It was actually a rail shooter in a jet.

You're comparing apples and oranges. The differences in scale are as great as they can be between those FPS and a flight sim. Also the point with the laptops is moot. You go with a desktop if you want to sim/game.
