ok well that got rid of the partial issue of the "MISSING TEXTURE" and blocky effect on the USAF skin... but along with the Aviodev skin the rest have disappeared Wait a second. I have the "make all liveries in multiplayer for every nation" mod - that could be why all this was happening and the textures were getting muddled up....

Will let you know how I get on - again back in the office but it sounds like we are getting somewhere

Nope still have the same issues - I tried the backup folder technique and they all went the crazy green square camo as the files were completely missing - then I "deleted" the module using the manager and reinstalled - still the crazy camo - then took the textures out of the backup folder and I still have the same situation as in post#1 where some are ok, some have the "MISSING TEXTURE" underlayer - and a select few are completely missing. Is it possible that someone is able to upload all the original textures and share them with me to overwrite what I have here or is that against EUA?

Just looking to collectively get opinions on BL755 employment from other C-101 pilots. I've had some success flying level at 1300ft AGL @ 300kts and releasing as the target disappears from view + 1 second but it depends on the threat how confident you are flying that low over them taking shots at you. Anyone else got a better technique? BLG-66 isn't one I've used often so any advice on that one too would be great

Default key bind to lower the seat is RCtrl + S (RCtrl to raise the seat) I usually lower the seat a bit until I can see the reticule in the top quarter of the sight, that gives me enough over the nose visibility. Note that this is in manual mode with a depression set about 035 for rockets.

Not sure why I never noticed this reply - apologies for ignoring you. I'm still having this issue now - I'll give the renaming the folder's tip above a try and see what happens.

Windmill or turbine? There are some turbines south of Haifa in the Carmel Mountain National Park area IIRC

And I've fresh installed the module again. When I look in the texture folders, some are displaying with the Photoshop icon, some are showing as a preview - but there's no continuity with those that are showing the glitches and aren't. All files are .dds however.

No one else seen this before?

Hi, I've noticed an issue with my textures, and I don't know if this is new or I just haven't noticed before now. Some skins (default, i don't have any 3rd party skins for this jet) are fine no issues, some have a "missing texture overlay" everywhere on the jet, some have a partial missing texture and the same for the pilots too, their textures are either fine or missing and both the aircraft and pilot textures don't always occur on the same skin, some examples below: This one as you can see is fine This one has no aircraft texture at all, but the pilots are ok: This one has a partial missing aircraft texture and the pilots are missing their textures completely apart from helmet and patch: Note that the wings are ok - just seems to affect the fuselage. Internally the cockpit is fine unless I turn on the pilot figure I have uninstalled and reinstalled the module alongside everything else using the module manager, and I have ran the ED DCS repair tool. This is the only aircraft that is affected by this, I am running the OpenBeta version of DCS standalone. Has anyone else seen this before?

Any guides/tips/tables for the Belouga/BL755 ? Are they more suited to level bombing (or very shallow dive)?

TPOD was still able to work as before when it was shot off by AAA fire. The only feature that wouldn't work was the laser function - wouldn't come off SAFE, and rightly so. Took me a while to figure out why I couldn't fire it for my last GBU-12. I could change the MFD page, put the "pod" on STBY and OPER modes and zoom/pan as before.

I am getting so incredibly frustrated with the windows speed recognition software and its ability to hear what I am saying, and yes by mic does work, I'm using nVidia RTX background noise suppression and boosted the mic by 20db to get it sounding what I would say more than acceptable. English is my first language and even when adding in the words to the dictionary and custom recordings it still doesn't pick them up.

Hi - both the Dropbox and the MediaFire links are dead. Dropbox giving 404 and the MediaFire stating that the file is invalid or deleted.

Having an issue - that it seems that whatever mode on the throttle (M1, M2, M3) some of them (I'm sure it's M1 and M3) are causing the keyboard to stop responding - is this normal? If I switch to (I'm sure M2) then some of the switches on the throttle and stick stop working unless its in (M1 or M3). I'll have a look in the MadCatz software when I get home but if anyone could give any guidance?

When you load up DCS and go to the control adjustment screen - click within the stick column and click load profile and select the stick. Then click within the throttle column and then load profile - select throttle. Worked for me with the A-10C.

Hi yes, I used the first file (i found where to put them Mod folder then SA342 etc) and I've completed the first mission now. No errors and the AI take off.

Can someone help with regards where I place these files in my DCS folders? I have the Steam version and I can navigate to the root DCS Folder within the SteamApps folder - its just where from there... Cheers

Why does BS1 need to be installed before installing World?

Thank you very much! Pain about having to purchase another version, but hey ho! Do I have to install them anywhere special or does it do it automatically? I'm not sure how this steam and non-steam versions work with each other??

I've been out of the picture for a while, I purchased BS when it first came out, life got in the way (I picked up A-10C too with a view to coming back to it) and now Im back.. confused to hell. I see that there is a 2nd version of BS out, and now DCS world. I understand that World is the "hub" and all the other games are bolt ons to it that are all compatible with it. How do I get my downloaded copy of BS to work with DCS world, and my steam copy of A-10 to work with World? I've only just downloaded a fresh version of World from Steam, but A10 and BS1 are both old copies - do I need BS2? Does it cost extra? I appreicate that this question has probably been asked a million times, but a lot has changed in the last 3 or so years!

Will this reinstall have to be done everytime DCS World is updated? Will BS1 work or does it have to be BS2?
