Thanks for the interest and support, all i wanted was a community this is why i host all these goodies. It does take a lot of time and effort to search and upload all the content especially when the website is built on a hand made php system that although looks and runs better than phpnuke style sites it doesnt make it easy to add content :(. I dont want to sound like a whiney ass but it gets me down when everyone takes but gives very little in return, i can count the amount of skins that have been upload to my site by a member and not me on my hands :(. Ive updated my forums and had a spring clean in a last attempt to make something outta lockonskins other than a file depository. We have employed one of the greatest ;) community members** to moderate our forums with a limp wrist and sharp sense of humor, prize to 1st person who can guess who ?! :D Merry Christmas, Wolfie.

You dont notice anything stand out because when using it TrackIR with the Clip all is smooth and faultless with almost no deadzones or freakout lockups TBH i havent had one yet and i use to get em all the time, its just doing the job spot on ! As soon as you select the Clip the light filtering goes to MAX which is something you just cant do with the Vector Clip/ Reflect Dot/ TrackHat so instantly you know light from yonder window or the wife turning on the 15 lights on here makeup mirror wont send you spiraling out of control !

It has 3 IR emitters on the ends and its powered by USB, it uses a "USB Power Tap" which makes your USB socket into 2 so you dont use up anymore sockets.

Ok just got mine in the post. 1st opinions: Build quality feels cheap and delicate i wouldn't want to try the drop test. 2nd opinions: After bending about for awhile and a couple of low altitude drops (10inchs ?) i felt more confident that it was more robust than 1st opinions. It still feels cheap not at all like the TrackIR. Actually using it: This is where it shines ! Install 4.0.29Final and select the TrackClip as the Tracking device and say goodbye to back light problems. Tracking of head movement is more accurate and doesnt get baffled by quick movements or other movement behind you. these models are not very acurate, the F-16 in Lockon is better than that one. the c130 is better but who cares ? vulcan and buccaneer are not accurately modeled and the jaguar from the other thread is just nasty !! what the point of showing these images, we can all find better renders with google. dont see the point in just posting screens with no reason or request you havent made them but have a very big wallet if you are buying them all. have fun anyways.

Got a "special" copy and played for a few hours so far, really enjoying it ! I will definitely be buying the UK release but im not jumping the gun to buy a Ger/Czech patched/voice hacked version BIG waste of money, so all those who have done that and are moaning about the quality...serves you right for having no patience :P:D hay sleek meet you on the DC TS for a blackhawk ride :), starforce protection is a joke they have cracked that already !

i will definitely be waiting for the UK release, as soon as i read that dood was making a english audio patch i thought "whats the point" impatience is reward with un-finished crap title. All ive heard is horror stories about the FPS (on high spec PC's) trackIR head movement being un-natural and flight model being very poor. I will reserve my personal judgement until i get the UK release.
