I use HMMWV or Predators. If you use "FAC-Engage Group" (Advanced waypoint option) you can check the checkbox "Visual". If it is checked the JTAC do not need LOS to report the enemy. You have to use the "Advanced waypoint option". There you can set a Callsigne and a Frequence. Please use the range between 30.000 FM - 45.000 FM Then you only need "FAC-Engage Group" to assigne the enemys you want to report. If you use Predators, you don't need "FAC-Engage Group" because they have "FAC" by default and will report every enemy they can see (LOS needed). No, because with FAC-Engage Group you have to set every enemy you want to report. If you have clear sky - no - The Predators have FAC by default. If you have cloudy sky - yes - use FAC-Engage Group because they don't need LOS then.

Yes, in CA it is a other concept than for A-10/Ka-50. The vehicles you can spawn in are limited. You have to rethink for some missions. But I think it should work like I did now. The missions are not build for CA. But I will build my next missions for a better CA useage.

The “do not control this unit“ function is not implemented yet but there is a quick&dirty workarround. If you dont want that a unit can be controlled, just hide it on the map. ;)

Guys, I know SLmod is awesome but I only want a little script-example for the trigger. Without SLmod! I don't know what I can do with the trigger. I even have no idea what I want to do with it because the normal triggers provides enough functions for me. The only thing I'm missing is the radio items function in the MP. Maybe there is a script for adding radio items to clients with this script-trigger?

Guys, please can anybody give me a script example for this trigger and explain what it does? I have still no idea what to do with it... Is there a list of functions somewhere? I even don't know what script language is needed? lua?

Hi guys, There are differences in the F10 map depending on what vehicle you are joining. The F10 option is set to [ALL] in the editor. In the mission there are red and blue ground units and red and blue Ka-50. If you join the blue Ka-50 you can see the blue vehicles, the red vehicles and the red Ka-50. If you join the red Ka-50 you can see the red vehicles, the blue vehicles and the blue Ka-50. If you join the blue CA-GFC you can see only the blue vehicles and the blue Ka-50. You can not see the red vehicles or the red Ka-50! If you join the red CA-GFC you can see only the red vehicles and the red Ka-50. You can not see the blue vehicles or the blue Ka-50! Isn't it a bit unfair? :huh: _TEST_.miz

Correct. I set all the airfields to blue or red in my missions so they are friendly if no enemy is in range.

Thank you! Sadly this is not possible every time. If you want to capture a FARP and attacking the vehicles on it, it is possible that the M818 (you need to rearm after captureing) get destroyed by yourselfe (teamkill). I have to make it immortal and invisible and this is a very ugly solution. No really, I need this function! Please don't rate it that low!

If the ground crew was not answering: - Enemy in 2km radius - Wrong radio setting If the ground crew was saying "not able to comply": - Warehouse set to "0" ammo.

No, not in this case because: - There was no enemy in the mission. - I got radio contact and was able to refuel so rearm should work too. Please trust me Nate, I'm not a beginner in building FARPs ;)

I'm 100% sure -> No! You can use static objects in both coallitions to get full ground service: - FARP Command post for radio contact - FARP Ammo storrage for rearming - FARP Fuel depot for refueling - FARP Tent for repair. If you decide to use vehicles for ground service you have to regard something: If you are in the RED coallition (doesn't matter what country) you have to use: - CP-SK 11 for getting radio contact - GPU APA-50 or GPU APA-80 for ground power - ATMZ-5, ATZ-10 or URAL-375 for refueling - URAL-375 for rearming - UAZ-469, URAL-4320-31, URAL-4320T, ZIL-131 KUNG or KAMAZ for repair If you are in the BLUE coallition (doesn't matter what country) you have to use: - M1025 HMMWV for getting radio contact - M818 for ground power, rearming and repairing - M978 HEMTT for refueling Back to the problem in v1.2.0: It seems to me that the static object "FARP ammo storage" is not working. If you add a M818 for the blue coallition or a Ural-375 for the red coallition it takes over the rearming function. The strange thing is that this is only happening if you create a new mission. In my old missions it is working without the M818/Ural-375.

Rearming on FARPs is broken if you only uses the static FARP-buildings without vehicles. On airports is should work (I tested it) if you don't set the ammonition to "0" in the warehouse.

Well my radio menu is always empty in CA. And I can't see a other way to do this... Any ideas? ... or a answer from the ED team? Is it implemented? Is it planned?

We did some testings yesterday. It was great fun but it is very very hard to find intelligent enemies hiding in trees or behind buildings. It's a different ballancing and a complete new difficulty level. We have to do some more testing.
