No extra wiring to deal with extra MAVs. If a hard point is wired for one MAV it can carry up to 3 Mavs on one hardpoint. The Launcher that the Mav is installed on has the extra wiring for additional Mavs if need be.
Actually Cholerix is correct. The E-mod just picks up a laser via ground or TGP/Sniper Pod. No additional wiring needed to make it work on the jet side.
DNE48 disable everything norton that you can. I had the same issue. However when I disabled all of norton I was able to get the installer to work just fine. I then reenabled norton after install and have had no issues.
For some reason Nortons is flagging the world and P-51 installer as a virus and deleting the file from your computer. I do belive I disabled firewall and anti virus.
I torrented the intial download but when I went to install world Nortons erased the app. So I just downloaded the world app from the website and all was good.
Awesome C/L man!
Two quick things, Pg 6 SP 14 check the spelling of Idle.
Also not sure if this is applicable but when you do a change would it be possible to get a list of effected pages in the future? I know this wasnt a big change but the next one could be and it is easier to print only the effected pages then reprint the entire thing.
Once again awesome work man!
Not sure if this is a known issue or not, I did a quick search and nothing came up.
It appears that CATM-65Ks come up in A/A mode when you select them.
Here is a screen of a AGM-65 selected which comes up in CCIP mode
And here is a shot with a CATM-65K selected which comes up in A/A mode
I fully understand that this is a small issue but I thought I would bring it up to see what you all thought.
Badger I have noticed that when I have gear issues it has to do with fast taxi and turning. Normally I will hear a load crunch sound and when I take off one of the gear would fail to retract.
Also as RalFi said it could be the airfield. What airfield were you at?
Ghanja Yeah sorry man I was trying to see if I could help you out but short of re inventorying your bombs from a Fixed HI to a Fixed LO. There is nothing we can do.
BlueRidge Any status of a fix? I am not a coding or developer so I have no clue how hard or easy this would be. However with a PLT OPT the sim just needs to check for NOSE or Tail as far as the chute deployment goes. I know easier said than done.
I will set something up and get a video for you. Also I ran though with 10 bombs in different configs. I may have dropped a FIXED LO and thought it was a PLT OPT. When I get home tonite I will set something up.
Ghanja, While I couldn't set up multiple profiles. The best way is to go PLT OPT and then in the profile page chose Nose for low drag and N/T or Tail for high drag. Be sure you set up the bombs with the correct fuzes. The bombs in DCS have the appearance to be a M904 in the nose and FMU-139 Tail. So PLT OPT 1 or PLT OPT 2 would work best. IN both cases a NOSE only selection will get you a low drag. N/T or T will get you a High drag.
