Please ED, if you guys planing to add only few puffy clouds from A-10C and online compatibility then save your time and dont do anything. DCS Ka-50 is your first born child and probably BEST hely sim ever and must not be forgotten. Henchman, about your A2A Kamov mod...I fly in DCS Ka-50 since 1.0 version and i never heard for something like that , probably because setting are hard coded somewhere deep in game engine. But, i remember one extraordinary night long time before on 159th dedicated (in that time Kamov only) server. I was flying with my fellow Pancertard when that "unknown" guy walked on server and start to terrorize blue and red pilots. I was lucky ,i was shot down only 2-3 times with R-27ET missile and ,if remember good,he also used AIM-7 missiles?! :) That was first and the last time i saw something like that...Now i thinking something,because it was so advanced hack,that unknown guy was probably someone from ED team ,killing boredom littlebit...:D Who knows, maybe Yo-Yo it self...:P So, your mod is posible ,but you wont find any here ,thats for sure...;)

Maybe, you can try both ways,but dont forget to save backup....Is this solution for you problem? If i understand you well, you want to tweak zoom out level which is realy to long on default settings? P.S. For editing lua files use Notepad++ ...

The point is, something is scrued up with 1.02 DCS/ FC2 compatibility patch and LWR does not act proper anymore. I was in so many situation when vehicles with laser rangefinder atacking me and LWR stays spooky silent,like new tenks, BMP's ect.On the other hand, LWR will sometimes alarm you for atacks from other plane, which is not modeled in BS. Also, RWR warning in fighers (FC2.0) when abraams trying to shoot you with his machinegun is "added" in 1.02. Totaly stupid... So, like i sad, problem is not fixed.LWR is working, but not always as it should be... Also, this is is not the first time that someone is asking for LWR bug...http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=54839

In short words...No. LWR bug is is something we first saw in 1.02 patch and it is not repaired yet.Sometimes works fine, sometimes don't.For example, BMP is always silent ect.
