Trackir Unplugged/Plugged message... Still!
Wedge posted a topic in PC Hardware and Related Software
Did anyone discover a solution to this issue? -
Feel free to flick that answer to me too please SnowTiger, I was just about to ask the same thing! :helpsmilie:
-
Great tool and excellent attitude! Thanks mate!
-
And I would love to fly your attempt!
-
Great work Deathmechanic, now for an Aus Tiger inspired fictional skin for the Gazelle? :smilewink:
-
Just wondering if anyone from Aus has purchased and received one of these. What was your delivery time like?
-
...and then you shall sell them to the hordes who are currently drooling over your work! Beautiful work, Warhog!

New Thrustmaster gear coming soon
Wedge replied to gillers's topic in PC Hardware and Related Software
In my opinion, it was a little disappointing, but it is also an opportunity for flight simmers. They want to know what we want... Time to band together as a community or communities and show them directly what we want. A letter expressing interest in a particular line of controls (for me I would be keen to see some helo options) may gain some traction with enough interest attached (either with signatures or simply links to a relevant thread showing interest). Put a little thought into it and it could give us an opportunity to direct some of the R&D on new controls, rather than continue to be led... -
Polychop, you have brought DCS back to life for me! The possibilities with this chopper are wide sweeping and to fly NOE is just a superb experience! Well do and thank you!

I am now in this camp as well. Messed around with curves etc, crashed shortly after take off many, many times. Got frustrated, had a sleep and woke up with the view that I need to learn to fly her, not expect her to fly as I think she should. With that slight mental tweak, I now am up and cruising above Nevada and able to bring her down carefully and controlled. Sometimes it is the mental attitude curves that need adjustment, not the controller curves.

Fantastic!! Thanks Hollywood!

VAICOM 2.0 for VoiceAttack
Wedge replied to Hollywood_315's topic in PC Hardware and Related Software
Great work Hollywood, thanks mate! Bring on the Sabre! :pilotfly: -
Black ops, not even the pilots can know where they are heading... Tried to uninstall and reinstall GFX card drivers? I used to get this WAAAAY back whilst playing Falcon 4.0. Since then, I started using DDU to get rid of old drivers and residual files before installing new ones.

Looks normal to me!

Whole heartedly agree and support. +1

Big props to Davison for his help and speedy reply. Up and running and well and truly worthy of a place as a tester Hollywood!

Great script, thank you, I am having issues though. I would rather trigger the PTT using my Warthog throttle's buttons, rather than using the Num0 etc. Is there a way to get VA to do this, or will I need to create a Target profile for A-10c etc? For whatever reason, I can't get VA to see my HOTAS...

Damned interested in these... Aussies, if you could keep us posted regarding the timeframe for delivery and from the initial order point, I'd really appreciate it.

Your experience with Thrustmaster MFD Cougar?
Wedge replied to Ermintrude's topic in PC Hardware and Related Software
The buttons all work fine on mine, but unfortunately one of them has an issue with the lights. Initially they would flicker, now the lights are just dead. Out of warranty so it may be time to open it up and look for loose wiring. -
Added as promised... See above!

(insert sarcasm here) Countless minutes mate.... It really is just the data link so not too bigger deal. I'll pop a link up later... Edit: Profile uploaded.... Basic as it can be, but functional. I am SURE there are way better out there! Data Link.zip

Which module are you hoping to use the G13 with IceBurner? If it is the KA-50 I'll put mine up. I just programmed the generic DCS key presses into the G programming software (from the manual), so no need to worry about adding anything to the DCS control scheme.
