  1. Yes I did. I guess I'll just Release the MOD I created and hope for the best (that deka keeps hacked pylon check for missiles only not bombs).
  2. We can mod. the problem is you cant fire the weapon i.e I can still carry SD-10 on wingtips, but i can't fire them. They are there just for show. Same goes for pylon 3 and 5. You can carry SD-10 on 3 and 5 but can't select or fire them.
  3. For MP it can't get any better because if you are going against someone carrying 8 SD-10s it's just not fair. People carrying any weapon that other JF-17 players cant gives then unfair advantage. But I think SP is whole other story, Since you are just going against AI not Real Players, I thing it should be allowed. Like I only play single player and would mostly fly with SD-10s on wingtip and PL5E on pylon 2 and 6. It just give variations to causal players who just want to have some fun, even if player has an advantage over AI by using modded loadout, It's just AI. Let's be honest, no one cares about AI, they were born to die :D I was planning on releasing a Weapons Expansion Pack (which would include RA'AD and some other bombs and missiles) for SP users to have some fun with. But after this update it just seems obsolete to, for now the "hacked pylon" check seems to be only for missiles and rockets, but i think deka will be expanding on that. If possible , I think the best way for this will be to have Hacked Pylon check on multiplayer so it doesn't ruin the experience for other players who are not modding. SP should be left as before so causal players can have some fun with weird loadouts.
  4. Yes I'm entering full ALT eg 01000 or 00025. Yes we can even change ALT of PP1-PP4. It's just INU Fix points which I cant change
  5. So setting INU fix points in ME updates data on jf17 from wpt 40 onwards. I've set 6 INU fix points and it showed on jf17s wpt data from 40-46. Now when I copy wpt 46 and paste it on lets say wpt 3, I CANNOT change the ALT it gives EE. even if I try change the ALT on wpt 46 itself I still cant change the ALT. No matter what it's always showing EE. Other than that it works fine, shows up on HUD if i'm on A/G mode and all, No issues. Not sure if its a bug or feature that is not allowing to change INU point ALT
  6. Due to budget issues it's highly unlikely, especially for block 2 maybe block 3 will have it but nothing confirmed. Few Retired PAF officers have made it pretty clear that in this age and day WVR fights will likely never take place, they are more tilted towards upgrading their BVR capabilities like better radars and long range missiles like pl-15. Also read somewhere that PAF will buy pl-15 only and only if Indians obtain Meteor for Rafale or something similar for Russian fleet. They are only buying and upgrading systems for jf-17 which fits their needs, nothing extra. Correct me if I'm wrong but Pakistani F-16s already have HMD/HOBS capability. During Recent Combat we have seen that JF-17s will never be flying alone, they will be assisted by almost every aircraft in PAF inventory. So I think JF-17s (Block 1 and 2) will be kept as force multipliers proving long range (SD-10) support and F-16s to engage close range targets. If JF-17 Block 3 gets all the rumored features like HMD, IRIST etc then we will be seeing JF-17s in Frontlines right beside F-16s. Right now Budget is the only issue. Technology is their.

I added TACAN to il-78M by editing lua files. go to Scripts\Database\planes open il-78M.lua with notepad find "CanopyGeometry = makeAirplaneCanopyGeometry(LOOK_AVERAGE, LOOK_BAD, LOOK_BAD)," below above line add TACAN = true, save and open dcs world. place il-78M as normal and add TACAN just like you do in KC-135

  10. You do know that even PAF doesn't have block 3 yet right? Aselpods are being carried by in service jf-17s. The only reason I can think of deka not adding that is because of lack of access and public data available since it's a Turkish product

  13. I created a new Missile using cruise_missile scheme. Right now when I deploy the weapon, missile wings get deployed immediately. Is there a way to add delay so like wings will be deployed 5 secs after being lauched ?

  15. I'm trying to add a custom weapon, the only way it works is by replacing gb or ls6. so I would like to change GB6 on mfcd to something else. I tried Creating a new lua for this custom weapon , but it shows up as unk, and RDY is crossed out, even if I load the custom weapon as gb6 from mfcd it is still red and I cant shoot. (It has to be gb or ls6 bcoz the weapon will be using TOO or PP) So if someone knows how we can add completely new weapon to thunder then that will be amazing, I wont have to replace by any current thunder weapons, otherwise just renaming the gb6 on mfcd would be fine by me

  17. So I added kh59 for jf17. If I set jf17 as AI, They can Launch the missile and it hits the target. But if human is controlling jf17, The missile wont fire. Any Workaround ?

  21. Need Help So I am facing 2 problems. 1 Weapon Attach Point not showing up in Model Viewer 2 Boundry is not at the center 1. I have set the Weapon Attach point in 3ds max as a dummy box with user defined property as TYPE = "connector"; but when I open the model in edmodelviewer it doesn't show up. 2. I have set boundary box as a dummy with user defined property as TYPE = "Bounding_Box"; it shows up at ed model viewer but it is not at the center of the object.
  22. Just an update on the crashes, The never crashes if we start a mission with nothing but jf-17. As soon as we start putting AI units, the game starts crashing, more the units for crashes.
  23. yes true, You can hardly see any smoke even when the engines are not in Afterburner like from high alpha pass then transitioning to afterburner for muscle climb (5:11). even when the plane is come for landing you can only see a smoke trail when it passes by the white clouds(6:50).
  24. First of all really great module. Really enjoying it. I'm also facing crashes but never in middle of the game. the only time my game crashes is when we first load into the plane, as soon as I hit fly to take control of the jet, the game crashes. In the start, if I was loading into the jet 20 times, the game would only crash 4-5 times.
