Hi. Is this problem solved? Today, on Channel Map my airspeed stops work above 17000 feet and do not to start. I've turned on the pitot heat.

Hi In Advanced & Tactical Training You have x2 campaigs in fact. Advanced Practice and Advanced qualification. Tactical Training Practice and Tactical Training qualification. In Practice You start in the air and, as name says, You just practice. When You pass practice then You can jump to qualification - start on ramp - and trys to pass qualification. Some times the practice mission is harder then qualification :)

Hi, I wondering about GPS. In my opinion it is the last thing in Huey. I personaly use kneeboard and mark position. Much more should be posible to clear all marks from map, sometimes I got a lot of them :)

Hi As I said before got 10 cm extension to warthog and use with no centering spring, just remove spring, so I don't use ingame trim, ofcourse I have to all time keep cyclic but my muscle memory is much better. In my opinion using ingame trim teach as bad habit. Now my cyclic is almost like "spon in butter" :), I feel much more the heli in all phases of flight. I tried 20 cm extension but for me it was to long with original warthog base, maybe with Virpil base it will be OK.

Hi, I read You got Warthog with 15 xcm extension, so You do not need any curve, just lineary. But try to change saturation to70-80% fot collective. I have noticed is more 1 to 1.

Hi Sling load is simmilary to refueling in air (F-14, F/A-18 etc) You can't do it "directly" watching at the basket, You should feel where are You looking at point before You, listening how far/left/right/up You are and just all :)

reported earlier searchlight ...lack of power/distance
Jedrzej replied to mastercosta's topic in DCS: UH-1H
Hi I just flew that mission yesterday in VR and was even good and the search light was quite usefull. I remember when last time I tried to do it without VR it was not possible, just dark everywhere. But to be honest in VR that night was not suche dark. When I got close to the trees the search light show me the top of them so I could rise up before hit them. -

Jedrzej replied to Hueyman's topic in DCS: Mi-8MTV2 Magnificent Eight
Hi. First of all - Jester for Mi8, because it is multicrew hip. It is allmoust inpossible to manage this one by one person. -
Ok, You right however talking about "guided" I thought about "guidence command" from mother-ship sending to missile (like AIM-54) :) I was thinking about AIM-7 an his/her receiver like simple stuff, just going to strongest source of signal, without any sophisticated logic. But got question, as we know AIM-7 is semiactive, so when target notching main radar (plane), he breaks STT, when he breaks STT reflection just stops, so AIM-7 lost his/her "way"? Another question is that angle between plane <-> target and AIM-7 <-> target can be diffirent - so in the same time target can notch plane radar but do not notch AIM-7 or vice versa in the same time the target is seeing by the plane (STT) but notch AIM-7? hmmmm.. it make sens :), so now I (hope) do undertstand, that AIM-7 should have filters and more advanced logic :)

In F14 times was not GPS. moving maps like A-10C, Hornet, so IP was special Point on route, The Pilot could see from air. From that point he has knew where is the targed, or where begen hostaile area.

Clearing 7nm for the Unrestricted Climb with an Odometer?
Jedrzej replied to Bearfoot's topic in DCS: F-14A & B
Correct my if I wrong : - 120 knots = 2 miles per minute - 180 knots = 3 miles per minute - 240 knots = 4 miles per minute etc :) Many years ago I used only map and watch, keeping constant speed and course in VFR.
