We will see. My order was placed very early on, literally hours after they opened pre-orders, no movement since then. They are stalling. They obviously have major issues fulfilling pre-orders. What "news" we are supposed to get? "We are aiming at maybe shipping your pre-paid order from two months ago if we feel like it, To avoid further disappointment we will open another factory and tentatively move shipping date to August 17th 2019. The did not ship any pre-orders. They still have pre-orders from mid-April to fulfill. Nobody has any concrete information regarding shipping dates of pre-orders.

Seriously I'd just buy a Warthog. Other "high-end" options are totally unreliable as far as sales/fulfillment go. They either have nothing in stock or take money up front for "pre-orders" then delay shipments for months without any real explanation. So buy at your own risk. Their products are all right (I own both "high-end" sticks and their gimbals are better than warthog one, grips are matter of personal preference) but if anything goes wrong you will be looking at months of turnaround for repairs/warranty and very poor communication. Maybe at some point Thrustmaster or Logitech or even a small, but reliable company will wake up and we will have a viable alternative.

Downgraded the driver to 398.11, same effect CTD after 1-2 minutes

Cleaning driver store will save you space, but will not affect installed driver - nothing in that directory is installed, these are just old versions for rollback purposes.. I'd recommend against messing with this directory unless you are absolutely sure you want to lose ability to rollback.

Yeah, I did. I am not going to attempt o fix it myself besides what I have already done, as am pretty positive it's a combination of current driver + DCS changes. My system is stable and it's unlikely that something happened outside of driver updated/DCS update. I hope ED looks at crash logs.

Same issue here. Never had DCS crash like that before - it started to happen a week ago, I didn't play much lately though.

This feature is really important for content creators (aka. youtubers etc.). WHile I am not one of them, I'd say that it would be good business sense to fix it.

Hi, I really like to have theme music on, but not when I am editing missions for hours :). Would be great to have an option to turn the music off in mission editor.

There is game mode in DCS and there is Warthunder. Having said that, FC4 is a fact (almost), I just hope it's seriously dumbed down/limited, considering that it will contain versions of existing hi-fi modules. By seriously dumbed down I mean 2-3 the same systems max across all airplanes and one simple weapon load for all of them. I don't want Fc4 planes to be anywhere close to their hi-fi counterparts.

With these settings and 1080/6700k you will rarely hit 60fps @4k. Shadows, MSAA and visibility are the most expensive options. Since you have vsync enabled, when your system can't deliver stable 60fps it will run at half to maintain vsync. If you want to keep these settings I'd suggest upgrading your GPU to 1080t/Titan X or better wait for whatever comes next (1180ti) and getting 8086k CPU binned and dellided with water cooling so you can overclock it to 5-5.2Ghz.

Yes, that's how it feels like It's different sales standards to what you (and I) are used to. Fulfillment time is measured in weeks (fast) and months (relatively slow) and years (slow) Again, stick is good, if it's worth the wait it's up to you.

I'd not count on that. They might send it in 14 days if they manage to make it. I think by "in stock" they mean, "yes, we can possibly make it". I hope for you that I am wrong here, but this was my experience. The stick is very good tho.

No issues with mixing different devices. My opinion how Warthog throttle compares to VIrpil one? Warthog throttle is much better, massively better, I'd say. Reason is it you can buy it and it's in production, can't say that about Virpil one. I am going to refund if they delay one more time, which I think it's going to happen, unfortunately.

I definitely have a lot of trust in your judgement here. I still prefer Jabbers videos tho :) Also found this one, which is rather good.:smartass:
