I only use the beta release. I am well aware of the fact that things can get messy.
However I know this place is full of clever people who know waaaaay more than myself and as such I am reaching out to those people who know how to backup and make use of my configured controls, key bindings and buttons without having to go through the whole tortuous process of doing them again. During a future new install.
beta mind enabled!
From all the videos and podcasts I have heard with real life fighter pilots flying this sim they all talk about the auto throttle straight away. This must be a heavily used part of the system.
Purchased this today. Really took my time following the instructions and it worked first time. However it just seems a bit hit and miss. I have done the voice training training but still very patchy.
I want to have the ability to get AI to attack ground targets from a certain direction but this seems a bit to much for what seems like an excellent little plug in.
Yep, do this. I was gonna say the same thing. You get a lot in FC-3. If you do like clicking stuff in the cockpit and interacting with the systems I would recommend getting the A-10C in the future. I've had it for years and still find things to learn.
Let us know what you do and how you find it. Always interesting getting an opinion from someone with new eyes (so to speak) to the simulation.
I would think it would lean more to AG as it really is essentially a strike aircraft.
However that's the beauty of having a simulation we can play with those parameters and come up with what we like.
At the end of the day we are going to have a balance and as it matures out of EA to Beta by then we will have community campaigns that address all the areas of combat employment I am sure.
*shouldn't *can't
We can afford games. However because we are older we have houses, cars, and kids. So as responsible adults we have to prioritize our finances. You know, like grown-ups.
You will figure it out one day, maybe.
I wouldn't turn my nose up at an AWACS module that interfaces within the game. Such as a Red Flag exercise where you coordinate the aircraft on a certain side. I remember a certain combat flight sim from the 90's dabbling in this.
Yep, you should provide a few graphs that display trend data. If you could at least submit a comprehensive scientific report with notes and references and some outsourced analysis from a National Accredited Laboratory at the very least then your question might be answered.................in due course after the committee has had several meetings and a vote has been passed.
These are the usual channels you should go through before even considering a response.
Thank you.
I saw this video the other day and noticed the compass thing. I though, naaaah no one will pick that up and ask for that to be implemented knowing how much detail some people demand in this thing we do and here I am seeing it on this forum. Ha ha ha words fail me.
I had a FFB2 just a few years ago and sold it. I also have a Warthog. I know what you are saying.
Do you wanna buy my Warthog.......Like seriously
Brilliant stuff. Such a great video. It is so cool to get to the stage that the simulations we buy get feedback from actual fighter pilots. It is a golden age.
