This is my FIRST take of and landing ever in same flight!! I have tried 50 times to take of, and only got airborne twice, but never succeeded to land happily after. Not even perfect but, I did it!!! I did throttle up full and steered with rudder the whole way. Did not use brakes at all in take of! I never did apply full throttle before, only 2000-2500 rpm and as soon as a let go of stick, it started to drift to one side and then I tried to compensate with rudder, but I always over steered to much. I have tried to use brakes and and rudder, but result was always the same, as soon as I let go of stick, it drift to one side and then I cant correct it, it only gets worst. But this time, I did apply full throttle, and the plane was much easier to steer with rudder after I let go of stick. I did reach speed much quicker and when tail went up it started to take of much faster then before. And that did make it easier to take of. I did a steep descent and managed to do a nice landing, best ever for me! Tried about 100 times before.... I post my track so you can see. FirstTOandLN.trk

Noticed it to, but haven't heard anything about it.... if the true speed is according to external view, and not indicator, then I do understand why its so difficult. 20kmh is a lot!

I cant land that damn thing... But I did land my P-51D after 3 attempt!! Never flown that bird before.... And its a piece of cake to land compared to Dora.... Well, try, try, try again.......

Airspeed indicator, Wrong speed? Have been trying to land this monster for a while now, and cant do it, bouncing up every time. Noticed that replay shows another speed then Airspeed indicator in plane, differs about 20 kmh! In plane its 220 kmh and replay shows about 200 kmh! So I stall the damn thing every time. When I think I am at 200 kmh, I have to pull back so much that I bounce my tailwheel before main gear... Its falling like a dead duck on runway and I cant do shite to level out for a nice 3 point landing... Am I totally wrong about the difference between indicator and reply speed, or do any body else having same difference? :helpsmilie::cry:

I am a $30 backer, and I just ordered the Dora for 39.99. It looks to be a great plane that I did order it and support ED/Wags and team with some money. What ever I can get for my $30 bucks later is a gift from ED/Wags. Great job every one.

I backed this up, but I don't complain about how it ended. No need, ED is moving it on and we should be happy with that. Lets hope we get some planes to fly later and be happy for that. Amazing pics on 109/190!

I am on my way to buy a Phidget Led 64, but I don't have a clue how to set it up in Helios. So before I will buy one, I will be sure that it will work with Helios. And I would be glad if any one could post the setting for it in Helios. I cant find any tread how to do it. Sorry for my request, but I am old and saggy in my brain..... :pilotfly:

Joystick upgrade Did a change to my joystick. Its a bit to long, circle is to wide for me. Gone shorten it by 3-4 cm. Used gardena and some plumbing tubes. And I use a birds food spiral so it go back to center! Gone put a cars drive-shaft rubber outside the spiral, makes it stiffer.
